Great location, close to everything, comfort as described. First floor apartment by stairs, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room with table and armchair bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Very bright. Martin was always attentive to our questions. Highly recommended!!!

Very relaxing to sit around the pool, or to have a friendly game at the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room very comfortable. It was about a ten minute walk to the main commercial area, then another few minutes to the historic district.

The house is in excellent condition, well located and has all the amenities to enjoy. The host was always attentive and provided full information about the house. In addition, he was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organize ourselves better.

Our stay in this cozy space in Colonia was simply fantastic. The accommodation had everything we needed to feel very comfortable, really at home! In addition, the owner's kindness and helpfulness were exceptional. Not only did he warmly welcome us, but he even lent us bicycles, which made exploring the charming village an even more incredible experience. We had an unforgettable weekend and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cologne.
