Vacation rentals with a patio in Sant Martí

A beautiful space tucked into one of the most atmospheric corners of the Gothic Quarter. The apartment feels deeply connected to the history around it—full of texture and charm. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure strong, and the location unbeatable. We loved waking up and stepping straight into the winding, layered streets of old Barcelona. it’s thoughtful and well-kept, with a quiet sense of character. Would absolutely stay again this place made us feel like we were living inside the story of the city.

We werden zeee welkom ontvangen en er werd tijd genomen om alles in de Airb&b te laten zie. Het appartement voelt ruim en het was er super schoon. Alles is redelijk nieuw en dat merk je. De bedden zijn fijn, de badkamer en keuken zijn nieuw en zeer net. Het balkon is ruim en een fijne binnenplek. De ligging van het appartement is ook top, erg dicht bij veel restaurantjes van L’Hospitalet en een klein winkelcentrumpje met supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen afstand. Verder ligt het super dicht bij Barcelona stad waardoor je met een uber zo bent waar je wilt zijn. Jose is een hele vriendelijke, nette host en reageert snel. Ik heb het normaal gesproken niet snel, maar ik zou hier heel graag weer terugkomen!

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Terasse. Alles da was man braucht. Man war in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und Abends konnte man gemütlich was trinken gehen. Vielen Dank 🤩 waren unvergessliche Tage .

Location - perfect with a beach a couple of minutes walk and easy walk to the centre. View - perfect from the large terrace. We could have spent all our time on the sunny terrace. Property surrounded by lovely well maintained garden. Secure underground parking - what a bonus. Very clean - spotless. Friendly, helpful and generous host. All the facilities you need for an enjoyable break. We reckon the best we have found in Sitges which is dog friendly. Property is 5 star plus.

For me, this flat is exactly what AirBNB is supposed to be about - an incredibly unique experience delivered by a personal host. So much of AirBNB stock is now operated by corporate property managers that force you to do a lot of things off platform. Not this place. From the minute we arrived, Tim made us feel right at home by greeting us and showing us around the place. Throughout our stay, he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and at home (thanks for the extra firewood!). This has to be one of the most unique places you could possibly stay in Barcelona - right in the heart of the heart of it. I will say that this is located in a very busy area and there definitely is a little noise at night but we weren't bothered by it. The place is funky and quirky and incredibly cozy with the fire place and amazing rooftop views. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed and a lifetime memory for our family. Thank you!

Alquilamos la casa para dormir una noche, el pueblo es tranquilo y familiar, muy catalán (en el buen sentido) con gente amable y hospitalaria. la zona tiene buenos bares frente a la plaza para vivir la experiencia de la vida de pueblo, Se puede comer o tomar algo en un hambiente agradable. está muy cerca del Monasterio de Montserrat. el anfitrión muy amable. El piso es antiguo pero con todo lo necesario y en perfectas condiciones para una estancia amena. 100% recomendable

Un séjour inoubliable ! Sinisa gère l’un des meilleurs appartements de luxe que j’ai pu découvrir à l’étranger. Barcelone est déjà une destination incroyable, mais grâce à ce logement, elle devient tout simplement inoubliable. Gros coup de cœur ! L'appartement est magnifique, parfaitement situé et très bien équipé. L’accueil a été top, la communication fluide et rapide, avec toujours une grande disponibilité. Franchement, c’est l’un des meilleurs séjours de ma vie. Je recommande à 100 % !

Quel merveilleux séjour à vilassar de Dalt dans la maison de Jake ! La maison si jolie,moderne et propre .bus pour barcelone (à l heure) à 3 min de la maison qui relie en 30 min le centre de Barcelone.l endroit est paisible et la maison parfaitement équipée.parfait pour nous et nos ados qui ont adoré y séjourner .chambre immense et la piscine pour se détendre après une journée de marche à Barcelone!semaine de rêve !merci à Jake pour son accueil!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Trude et Miguel. Ils sont très accueillants, prévenants, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Le logement est très bien équipé, au calme. Nous avons pu déguster la paella cuite au feu de bois et quelques Tapas de Miguel le dernier soir... merveilleux souvenir pour nos papilles. Si nous revenons à Barcelone il est certain que nous réserverons cette pépite à l'abri de la foule.

Een heel mooi ruime huis met rustgevend plek en mooi zwembad waar wij heerlijk van hebben genoten en wat nog compleet maakt is het mooi geluid van de vogels als je bij het zwembad bent . Is een aanrader

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het was allemaal zo mooi en heerlijk rustig. De voorzieningen waren geweldig en alles was nog mooier dan op de foto's. Sandra reageerde snel en was heel behulpzaam.

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour visiter Barcelone. La gare se trouve à 20 minutes à pied avec un tarin toutes les 15 minutes Le logement est paisible et spacieux. Le garage privatif est un vrai plus. Très satisfait de notre séjour

What am absolutely perfect apartment. I have a family of 4 and we were all comfortable and had lots of space. The porch is huge and so so nice. We loved it here.

excellent séjour ! le logement était extrêmement propre ce qui est bien appréciable, très joli, et fonctionnel ! les lits étaient très confortables, et nous avions tout le nécessaire de base! le logement est très bien situé, la plage à deux pas est calme et magnifique, il y a plusieurs restaurants dans le quartier, et la gare et les stations de bus sont proches aussi !

The apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace will not disappoint, it has amazing views. The bed is incredibly comfy, with all round black out blinds which really work! The place is very clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The host is really responsive and the apartment is in an brilliant location. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Neighbourhood is not too busy and 10mins walk to Sagrada Familia and the Metro. All round 10/10!

Jesus's place was lovely. Clean and tidy in a fantastic area, right opposite the train station, which made venturing into Barcelona simple. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops really close by. Bed was really comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Made for a perfect stay.

Raul and Marta were excellent hosts. They were very responsive and welcoming and even provided us with some snacks as part of the stay. The location was very quiet but not too far from restaurants, attractions or the metro. The bathroom was small, however the apartment overall was very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy of separate bedrooms.

El alojamiento, incluyendo la piscina son perfectos. La única pega es que está algo lejos de supermercados, restaurantes o playa para ir andando, pero en coche se puede llegar en 5-10’

Staying at this place was really nice. Location and connection with the city center and the beach was great. Guillermo answered quickly on our messages and it was easy to communicate with him. Only thing that we were missing were slippers for walking inside but that wasn't something that negatively affected our stay at this cosy place.

La casa è molto bella, grande e luminosa; completa di tutto ciò che serve, anche i prodotti igienici. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita e ben arredata, con un terrazzo ampio e accogliente. Sofia è una host eccezionale, ci ha dato indicazioni utili per la città, ed è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa, molto attenta ai suoi ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
