Coco’s apartment is lovely, light & roomy and even better than the photos. Everything we needed was provided yet the apartment is free of clutter. Beds very comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Coco has been friendly helpful & responsive throughout our stay. We stayed for a month and loved the apartment and Poblenou.

Very welcoming and comfortable

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He’s a very warm and welcoming host, who makes you immediately feel at home. He gave elaborate explanations about all the amenities of the apartment, which was really appreciated. The apartment is in a very central location. It’s around the corner from Sagrada familia. Yet, the apartment is very quiet because it’s located at the back of the building. It has a cozy and sunny balcony, perfect for coffee time. We stayed here with our dog Basil who had a great time too. We appreciated that Fabrice’s apartment was pet friendly. We recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona!

I recently stayed at this gem of a place close to both the festival grounds and the ocean, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Whether you're in town for music, art, or just soaking up the sun, this spot puts you right where you want to be. The biggest highlight is location. Just a short walk from the Primavera festival - no need to worry about parking or rideshares - and the ocean was only minutes away. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong. The neighborhood was lively but not noisy, with cafes and local shops nearby. I felt safe walking around, even at night. You could really feel the energy of the festival while still having a peaceful retreat to come back.
