I had the most wonderful experience staying at Monika’s place at Airbnb. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Monika was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was perfect, close to my place , yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend Monika’s place to anyone visiting the area. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in town again!

Alok was super helpful (probably one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met through airbnb)! The apartment can be a little tricky to find at first but Alok came out to meet me. The room was large and clean, with a table and chair to use for working. Like many visitors, I was staying in the apartment before heading the Nepal. The location is great for that: 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the train station or 10 minutes to the bus station. Within 5-10 minutes walk you can find places to eat. The WiFi was pretty good most of the time although if you need to work during your stay I recommend having a back up (sim card with data). I teach classes so that's important for me! As someone else mentioned, there are a few mosquitoes but you can use the ceiling fans to keep them off you while you sleep and there is a plug-in anti-mosquito device too. I would happily stay here again if I were to make the same journey.

Pleasant Stay with Helpful Host I recently stayed at Kareem’s property for a day and had a generally positive experience. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the rooms was a bit dusty, which I understand was likely due to the recent installation of a new blower. I appreciate the host's intention to improve the property and provide a more comfortable experience for guests in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to others.

It was a spacious property, very commutable from the Gorakhnath temple. There are also dining options nearby for quick bites or a sumptuous meal.
