I loved staying in this apartment, as it is comfortable, clean and is close to very nice restaurants and bars to watch the sun set in the evening.

Really nice Airbnb in a lovely village with nice restaurants nearby. The kitchen seemed to be almost brand new. The view from the terrace is great - in the morning there is still shadow so it’s perfect for a breakfast on there in summer.

Very good location for visiting both the historic center and the beach. Very comfortable, with places to eat nearby.

we were very comfortable, it is a spacious apartment, clean and the beds are very comfortable, the only thing I didn't like is that I booked in June and until we arrived it didn't tell us that we could only use the communal pool until September 8th. As for everything else, perfect.

Hector was an amazing host, super concerned and very responsive, always willing to help. the place is amazing and it was super organized and clean. We loved the stay and one day we'll want to come back!!! It is a space that should definitely be taken into account. ☺️

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is in a brilliant location and was very clean and comfortable. Rafa was very helpful when we needed to leave the city during the Easter parades to go to the airport and helped us navigate road closures due to the spectacular parades.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

an unforgettable family weekend. although you have to take the car, it is very close to beautiful beaches and supermarkets of well-known brands. There's a Coviran a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is charming and has plenty of room for 4 people and a pet. Being able to dine in the backyard with the coolness of the night is priceless. Right next door is a huge pine forest where you can walk with your pet and let it run and do its business. We will definitely repeat the experience. In short, a 10 out of 10

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

Jose is a good host, before arriving he was already helping us with the places to visit and where to eat. He recommended very good restaurants. The house is very well equipped, clean and quiet, with a very good location and 200 meters from the beach

We had a lot of desire and expectations about this wonderful place, but it more than met our expectations. The hosts are a wonderful couple, who from the first moment made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, it is in a wonderful location, the garden has orange and lemon trees and the pool is super comfortable. We arrived late and didn't have time to buy breakfast, and the wonderful host offered us what we needed. At the house, a basket of wonderful and delicious fruit was waiting for us, as well as a local white wine. We'll really repeat whenever we go to Conil. Thank you very much for everything. A perfect place to go, especially with children, since it has a lot of space for them, fantastic pool, garden with areas to sit under the trees, play area with billiards, darts... the parking area is very spacious and has a separate laundry room with all kinds of products and well organized. The perfect size casita itself for a family of 4 or 5 people, had everything needed. Nearby was coviran, market, lidl, places to eat and about 10min drive more or less Barrosa beach which is spectacular. We'll be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!
