The house is built in traditional solid wood construction and instantly puts you in a holiday mood. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and in the (honeymoon) room upstairs, you’ll find a private WC with a washbasin.

Located in Santa Valburga/St. Walburg, the holiday apartment "Unterdurachhof Valentina" offers guests a fantastic view of the Alps. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Kühberghof Lye Apartment

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950 m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse boarding house; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and including linens & towels. In front of the house is a trampoline and swings. Minimum 3 nights.
