Our new apartment house "BERG" is located in a sunny panoramic position just outside Eben (about 1.5 km from the town center) in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amadé. The apartment for 2-4 people (approx. 42 m²) is wheelchair accessible. A private reserved parking space for wheelchair users is available in the carport. Whether relaxing, playing and barbecuing in the spacious garden, as a starting point for excursions in summer or for great skiing in winter, well-being is our first priority.

It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. We had a wonderful stay with our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children). Sonja welcomed us right away in a friendly and cheerful manner. We felt right at home. A swimming lake was only 10 minutes away by car. It was also just a stone's throw to Hohenwerfen Castle, where we enjoyed a great castle tour with a subsequent bird of prey show. The rooms and amenities of the vacation home were great! We had everything you need. The whole family was very friendly and provided us with tips for excursions, as well as additional amenities! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's place! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, fitting our needs perfectly. Andreas was incredibly kind and attentive, providing a high chair and crib for our baby, along with toys and child-friendly plates, which were a nice bonus that made us feel very welcome. The area surrounding the apartment is peaceful, with beautiful views, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Having a supermarket just across the street was also very convenient. Highly recommended for families – thank you, Andreas!

Dear Karoline, We had a great winter vacation at your place. We felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Your helpfulness and hospitality were unique: our car was frozen and after we couldn't get a taxi, you quickly drove us to the ski school and back. That's not a matter of course. The encounter with your Bernese mountain dog was once again a crowning conclusion for all of us at the end. We will be happy to come back (if we can :-) ). Arnestgut's flat was brand new, it boasts a beautiful Chalet design with a modern look, one of the most architecturally beautiful Airbnbs we've been to. The place had a beautiful view of the Wolfgangsee Lake, and is in a quiet and peaceful location. The place was spotless and had anything you needed. But, more importantly the hosts were super friendly and flexible, making us feel comfortable and right at home.

A warm, wooden sauna is depicted, featuring bench seating made of light-colored wood. A stove is positioned in the corner, with stones placed on top. White towels are neatly arranged on the benches, enhancing the calm and serene ambiance of the space.
