We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decor. The house is set amidst beautiful countryside. The view was fantastic, no TV is needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had a little too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating hours and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

A comfortable living area features a spacious gray sectional sofa and a low wooden media unit beneath a large TV displaying a warm fireplace scene. Soft light is provided by overhead fixtures, and sheer curtains frame the windows, allowing natural light to filter through.

The place is nicely located in the city center. Maybe the apartment was not brand new, but it has everything you need: kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, very comfortable beds, garage. The hosts were amazingly helpful, they agreed for late check in but when our trip was delayed they welcomed us at 2 a.m. The surroundings are very nice. I had short walk in the center of Neunkirchen and I can say it looks very well maintained with some historical buildings. Worth to stay for more than 1 day.

Renovated farmhouse in the Hohe Wand hiking paradise

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

I took my daughter to on a special birthday trip to stay in this treehouse for a weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was just as described and we felt safe and comfortable while enjoying an adventurous setting and beautiful hikes nearby. For those interested in this place, it's important to know that the walk from the parking spot to the house itself is quite long and steep, and you will need sturdy shoes (and minimum baggage, if possible). If doing any cooking, I would also recommend bringing food in well-sealed containers. We did have some ants in the kitchen (understandable, in a treehouse!), so I stored almost all food in the refrigerator to keep it safe. If the guest is well-prepared, this is a wonderful spot.
