Tout ce qui a été dit dans les commentaires précédents est parfaitement exact. Le logement est même mieux que dans l'annonce (logement totalement dédié aux séjours Airbnb donc les placards sont entièrement libres, cafetière et capsules Senseo, double vasques,...) Hôte attentionné et très réactif. Bref tout est parfait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour dans ce logement !

Super séjour en Périgord noir. Josephine et Stephen sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. Le logement est idéalement situé, au calme et à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Sarlat. Il est très équipé si vous voulez cuisiner, très propre, et dispose d un joli patio avec vue sur les jardins publics , très agréable pour se prélasser en fin d après midi. Un point d honneur pour la literie qui est très confortable.

It was great to stay at Arnaud's place for 2 weeks. Washing machine & dishwasher & coffee machine are there, and lots of kitchen stuff to enjoy cooking. Everything works perfectly at his place. The location is only a few minutes to the supermarkets and the old town. Perigueux is fantastic village as well. We wish we could live Arnaud's place for a few months.

Bonjour Très content d’avoir séjourné dans ce logement spacieux et fonctionnel, bien situé au cœur d’un village de charme. Le salon offre de grands volumes et la terrasse est idéalement placée. Les chambres sont au calme et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Un bémol, rien concernant le tri sélectif et absence de tapis de douche et de torchons. À part cela, je recommande ce logement pour des vacances touristiques en Dordogne. Xavier

The apartment is perfect for a 4 day trip to Sarlat, it’s extremely central but also tucked away so it still feels peaceful and relaxing. The courtyard is lovely to sit out and have breakfast. Lucie was brilliant in responding to any questions and was super helpful when we needed to book taxis. All the food reccomendations we visited were delicious! The flat is very comfortable and would highly reccomend for a couple wishing to visit the area. The only (very small) downside were the loud footsteps from the upstairs neighbour early in the morning.

El piso está fenomenal. Hemos pasado 3 noches estupendas. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos pocos minutos a pie del centro histórico de Sarlat. Tiene bastantes plazas de aparcamiento a la puerta, pero están reguladas por parkímetro. Tiene todo lo necesario; camas cómodas, vajilla, cubertería, máquina de café, etc. etc. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera, ajeno a los propietarios (corte de suministro en el barrio) y Laurence nos dió respuesta rápido y estuvo atenta hasta que se solucionó. Todo perfecto. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que sólo tiene un "retrete"; tiene 2 baños con ducha y luego, separado, un único WC. Pero esto ya lo sabíamos, porque se lo consultamos a Laurence antes de reservar. Lo recomiendo.

SPACIOUS FLAT WITH AC & 33M² TERRACE IN SARLAT

We enjoyed our trip to Sarlat very much, and were here for a week with three young kids (6, 4, 1). Overall: this Airbnb is very centrally located and great to explore Sarlat. Apartment is clean, the best part is the terrace hands down. Biggest downside is the parking situation which is a 10-15 min walk (but this is Sarlat, you want parking you need to stay on the outskirts). Would not recommend with small children under three (see below). Pros: Very clean, the terrace is amazing. Bedrooms comfortable enough. Cons: No elevator (wasn’t a big deal to us but may be for some). Parking situation was a nightmare for us, it’s a lot to drag 3 kids 15-20 minutes uphill. For families: do not recommend. We have a 1 yr old. Tv in the middle with wires unmounted. All glassware in sliding cabinet in the island. Breakables everywhere. Plant in the middle. Tripping hazard on the kitchen making it hard for tall people to cook. Really would advise against if you have littles, but otherwise great!

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons profité à fond pour explorer la région (aviron, vélo, visites de différents châteaux et villages) et découvrir les spécialités locales. L'appartement est extrêmement charmant et agréable, refait à neuf, décoré avec amour et attention pour les détails, moderne, lumineux et propre. L'environnement est calme. L'hôte, Mary, est très réactif et disponible. Absolument à recommender !
