Everything was excellent, they let us check in earlier and although we arrived a little late due to some issues, he welcomed us very kindly. The place is safe and the villa is super spacious for large groups. I would just recommend adding more cooking utensils. Otherwise, it was excellent 😊

Very good house with 4 rooms and 2 living rooms. Plenty of space, I would definitely recommend this for a large family, and/ or a large groups of friends.

Enjoyed staying at this home. The area was better than expected and created a great environment for our stay. It was a paradise home that our entire family enjoyed. Walking the steps up to the park to see the views were the highlights of our mornings. We were able to find great places to visit close to the home.

Everything was excellent, my family and I were happy with the stay.

The host let us check in early, which was a big help. The area is absolutely safe. We never felt unsafe even when coming back after dark. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and a ton of restaurants within 7-10 minutes walk that can satisfy any possible desires. The subway was only a few hundred meters away, with a 12 minute ride to the historic center. Was very easy to get around, and the tours we booked had no problem finding us for the pick up. The apartment is well-equipped. Sufficient pots and pans to make a full British/American breakfast. Fridge was nice and cold. Netflix was already logged in and ready to use, but we could also log in to any other service on the smart tv. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Be aware there is some street noise in the bedroom due to the proximity to the main street, but it completely dies down between 10pm-6am. I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues during this time. Excellent value for the money!

Great place to stay. Very quiet, clean, a lot of space, well organized with everything you need. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and pretty close to nice spots in the city. You do not deal with traffic either. The apartments counts with two very nice and kind securty and they always ready to assist. The parking lot is huge. We used it when we rented a car and never had any issues. In general, the apartment is the best choise. Very affordable, great location, and best experience. Thank you very much!

The apartment is very comfortable, safe and tidy. It is located in front of a supermarket, restaurants, ecovia stop and a stone's throw from the best area of Quito. There is a 24-hour caretaker at the entrance, so it's very safe. Also comfortable is the small gym on the 12th floor, with a view of the city. We'll definitely be back!
