Condo vacation rentals in Sanford

The condo had everything we needed and the service was great. There were activities available throughout the week of a diverse variety. The location is just minutes away (no matter what time of day) from the Animal Kingdom back entrance where all of the parks can be accessed with minimal traffic. Brooke was very helpful in letting us know exactly what to do do when we arrived. I was extremely pleased with our experience and I can be a tough judge!

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

The condo is beautiful with a great view from the Lanai. Katharine and Gilberto were very responsive and very helpful. We asked for a few things to help with cooking and we received them the very next day Likewise, when the blender broke, a new one arrived the following day. The condo is huge and was very quiet. There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and having coffee on the Lanai while overlooking the water! We will be going back!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

We had a great stay at Jeff and Krista's! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area! We plan to book again the next time we are in town!!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near the theme parks! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the parks, which made it super convenient for our daily visits. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully, making us feel right. The Resort was quiet and safe, providing a nice retreat after a day of excitement at Disney. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area. We will definitely be returning soon! Zaida!!

Christina’s place was just as described. We wanted an inexpensive location close to the bandshell for cheer competition. There are several homeless people on the walk to the bandshell, but they never made us feel unsafe. But that is part of downtown Daytona and we knew that going into it. Christina was very easy to work with when I needed to change dates to extend stay. She also was very responsive when we had problems with the door code. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Amazing little spot if you are in the Orlando area. Pristine air b&b. I walked into a freshly clean condo with soft music playing on the tv, lights turned on and a plate of snack waiting for me. Communication was wonderful and the door was peaceful and homey. Absolutely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was very clean and well equipped. Our host was extremely responsive and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is a fantastic location if you want to be near Disney and other activities while still having lots to do where you are. The pool is across the street and lovely, there’s a bar with pub food, and a small arcade and movie theatre. There are also various courts around and a small gym. There are lots of restaurants and gift shops within a 10 min drive or 1 hour walk if you’re up for it.

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay—it was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at Danny's home! It was incredibly comfortable and made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

I stayed there for three months last winter so a warm pool and hot tub were essential. The 6 foot pool is heated to 83° to 85°. The hot tub to about 101°. It was a 15 minute Uber to Disney. The clubhouse has a convenience store, a 50 seat movie theater, pool table, ping-pong table, arcade and a bar that served sandwiches, pizza, chips, etc. Tuesday and Thursday mornings they served pancakes that were quite good. The beds were very comfortable as well as the entire condo. The kitchen was well equipped, with the exception of a full-size blender and a hand mixer. The owner always responded to my texts within a very short time. My kids are lobbying me to rent it again next winter because they liked it so much!

Kayla was a great host and I loved the condo immensely! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great place for family with kids. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying at this place! Travis described it perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids 10, 7, 5). Pool was amazing with slides for the kids and most places were within 5-10 min drive. If you have kids and are doing Disney, don’t bother bringing a stroller. They have a double stroller that comfortably fit my kids (rotating seats). Excellent place and we will be back again in this condo!

Very family-friendly with included amenities and easy drive to all the attractions. Includes access to the subdivision's great waterpark (slides, lazy-river, splashpad, pool, hot-tub, gym, bar). Also another pool adjacent to the building. Bright, spacious, and clean unit. Kitchen has everything necessary. Host is extremely responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful, clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Love the surroundings. 🥰
