Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sandy Point

We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend and will stay there again for sure!

From booking to check in , Karen was a breeze to talk to. The place was simply perfect and was close to many attractions and the town centre. Very clean house and thoughtful setup, especially the kitchen. VERY kids friendly. Karen responds very fast although you may not have many questions since everything is taken care of. Would happily return and would definitely recommend. Thank you Karen for hosting us at your beautiful home.

Had a wonderful stay at Claire’s place! The property was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Claire was a great host, always quick to respond and offered helpful tips for the area. The location was perfect. Highly recommend!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

We had such a lovely stay. Sarah and her partner were very welcoming and left clear instructions on how to access the property. A great spot for a weekend away and was fully self contained. Bed was super comfy and the shower was great! Thank you for having us

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandra's apartment. It has everything you need and more. The views are breathtaking and i would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful scenic stay at San Remo!

lovely flat with very pleasant hosts. one could sit out in a lovely shaded area, and a short walk to village centre and beach. highly recommended.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. This was a great cosy little place ideal for our stopover at Sandy point. The hosts Jaime and Judy were both a delight to deal with and made our stay extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)
