We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

The house is very clean, and equipped all you need. It is really nice walk way across the road through seaside to 800 Metre long jetty. The view from house windows from ground floor living room and upstairs balcony is not able to compare to any other.

What a fantastic home. Clean, spacious and well equiped. We had 12 people stay and it never felt crowded. The games/ entertainment space which included a pool table, table tennis set up, darts and bar area was awesome. The outdoor area, bbq and jacuzzi were added bonuses. The location was quiet but close to shops and beaches. Check in and instructions were easy and communication with Mauro was always met with a prompt reply. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely book again soon.

Was a beautiful one night stay, my wife and I enjoyed sitting by the fire and just spending time together in the little loungeroom. Was a great place to just get away from life and enjoy each others company. Anne-Marie was a really good host with helpful instructions everywhere and very simple entry and checkout. We'll be back one day

Debbie's place should be a go to, if you're thinking of heading to Phillip Island. Great place and amazing, central location. Debbie is also very helpful and communicative.

We had a lovely family getaway celebrating my mum and dad's 60th. The house has plenty of rooms and common areas with everything you need. The heated pool out the back is amazing - perfect for a rainy day outside. Plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the forrest caves nearby. Hosts responsive, friendly and provided a guidebook app with plenty of info about things to do in the area. Would definitely book again!

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

Amazing location! So very private, we didn’t see a soul for miles! A great place for a sneaky weekend away! The fire was cosy and almost all the light you need at night. Great idea to bring your own kindling and firewood, just in case. Make sure you get there early in the day, if you’re not familiar with farms it might be hard to find. Did I say private? Oooohhhh it was exactly what we were after!

A lovely home well located in Inverloch. Great advice on where to go for food and experiences. Easy walking distance to the beach and excellent walks. All in all a great place to stay! Recommended.

My children and grandchildren stayed in this homely property with us for the weekend. The location and house was absolutely perfect and Richard was extremely kind as we hired the house for a specific purpose. The view from the property is stunning, which is hard to see just how fabulous it is from the photos. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

We loved our stay! The house is cosy and charming, with a great stand-alone fireplace in the middle of the living area. The beds are comfy and the kids' bedroom has a good selection of toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. The backyard is private and it comes with an amazing outside shower (hot and cold water). Our dog loved the comfy dog bed, the fenced outside space and the nearby walks on the beach and the inlet (reachable by car). We also found a very kind welcoming pack waiting for us on the table on our arrival! Georgina is a very kind and generous host, always responsive and approachable. This is my second stay at Bronwen's 'studio' and it was well worth the revisit. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings with a lovely aesthetic, personal feel. The lovely local treats provided added to the welcoming feel of the stay. Hope to return soon.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The house was ideal for our large family, it was a fairly long drive to the beach and the road in is too narrow for our liking. That didn’t bother the rest of the family though. They all won’t to go back next year! I appreciated Nikki’s quick response to a couple of issues and the fact she was easy to contact.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

The property was easy to find and check into. Was clean on arrival and frlt very accommodating. The pool and spa was great fun and the nature surrounding the property was very relaxing. Great little place to getaway for a weekend.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
