Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn in the South Staffordshire countryside. Located in a quiet country lane. The annex has its own private entrance, bathroom with shower, bedroom is on the first floor and offers comfortable sleeping with a king size bed and lovely views across a meadow. There is parking right outside The Greyhound Pub a very friendly country pub with an excellent menu is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants and takeaway food available within a 5 mile radius.

Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs.
