James's home was beautiful, immaculate, smelled amazing, inviting, and just all around a great place to rest and relax. Additionally, James provided welcome snacks and coffee. If every we are in the Richmond area again we will definitely look to stay at this property or another property that James owns. Lastly, James was a great host and expeditious in responding to all of my questions and concerns.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The bed is so cozy &the smartTV placements are excellent. One in front of the bed& another in the front room. Large storefront style window lets in lots of natural light throughout the day, but has a thick shade you can easily pull down for privacy. The extra blanket in the closet was a total win. AC units in the space are quiet, &work really well so I could keep it chilly as I slept. The shower pressure is gentle, but not weak in any way, &the water stays hot. I dont suggest sleeping on the futon in the front room, but for a small seating spot, it works. Work desk in front room is awesome. I really enjoyed sitting at my computer there& enjoying all the natural light. Cemetery across the street is really peaceful. Grassy space w/mature trees to go for a jog, &I loved the wildflowers popping up all over. The neighborhood is super safe& quiet! I read in some reviews warnings about bugs, &I can report I didn't see a single bug! Place is spotless! 5 Stars

Everything we could need was included in the unit. The only thing I wish we had was maybe a shower head that put out a bit more water pressure. Otherwise our stay was wonderful, and the host was extremely responsive.

I stayed here for a month to write and retreat. It is a beautiful space that had everything I needed, including well stocked spices and pantry items for cooking! My 2 young kids stayed over a handful of nights and David was very accommodating. There is a lovely view of the trees outside and the bed is soooo comfortable! Comfortable foam mattress and soft sheets. Also, the tub is deep and great for baths! David was super responsive in messages and acted promptly when I had any issues. This was exactly what I needed to write and rejuvenate.
