Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated at the bottom of our family home garden. Built 8 years ago it has a cottage feel with a modern twist. We're conveniently situated 4 miles from Oxford City Centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The property looks out onto the open countryside to the front and rear and a 10 minute walk away is the River Thames which has a lovely pub to enjoy an evening and you can also walk the tow path straight into Oxford.

There’s a really relaxed, friendly vibe at Rose’s. Everything was as expected, comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

It was great. Bhumika even made arrangements for me to be able to check in because I was late in arriving on my first day. The room was clean, comfortable, right next to the bathroom (also squeaky clean and very comfortable). This was a nice, respectful and friendly family home, and there was little to no noise. It was easy to find and I enjoyed the fact it was super close to the bus stop on Dashwood Road.

The bathroom features a bathtub and a sink with elegant fixtures. A large mirror reflects the space, which is illuminated by natural light entering through two small windows. Neutral-toned tiles create a clean, welcoming environment.

It was a great stay. Super clean and cosy bedroom with lovely little touches. Very grateful for the hairdryer. Easy walk into town - would recommend going along the towpath by the river. Really nice hot shower too. Quiet and comfortable stay overall.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, wenn man innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit dem Bus in der Stadt sein möchte. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und das Bett sehr bequem gewesen. Ich hatte kaum Berührungspunkte mit der Familie was meinem Eindruck nach auch so gewünscht war. Dafür lief die Kommunikation über Nachrichten hier sehr gut und zügig.

I will definitely be back. Super helpful hosts, clean light room and everything you need for a comfy and stress free stay. No treasure hunt needed to find the key, Steven was very welcoming and great to be able to use the kitchen and facilities. Easily walkable to Oxford city centre and river paths but a bus stop at the end of the street with a number of services to and from the city.
