Beachfront vacation rentals in Sandend

We all loved our stay in Joanna’s cottage which is right near the traditional end of Sandend with the pretty harbour right in front, this which also makes it a very quiet setting. The cottage is very clean, beautifully furnished and has comfortable beds, a great shower and bath, and a well-equipped new kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the coastal walks from the door to the adjacent villages of Cullen and Portsoy and further to Portknockie and then along the coast between Crovie and Gardenstown. Joanna was very understanding and allowed a late checkout when I was unwell on our departure day, so all in all ten out of ten from us.

Vera’s cottage was ideal for our holiday. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully refurbished. The cottage was very well equipped. The electric central heating worked well as did the shower in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the peaceful surroundings made it nice and quiet overnight. Fishertown streets are very narrow and parking can be an issue but we found a parking space close by every day. Overall I can thoroughly recommend Vera’s place and we would be very happy to return.

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

Beautiful, private and cosy cottage in a stunning location. Peaceful, and scenic! The wood burner was a bonus and was used every night. Clean, well maintained and well presented.

Our 5th visit to the flat which says something in itself! The flat is ideal for my sister and my annual visit to the area as it has everything we need and more. We love the sea views and the friendly neighbours and look forward to another visit sometime.

I have never stayed in such a well organized Airbnb. I mean there were manuals for everything you can possibly have a question about the house, the area and everything in between in well put together binders, labeled, even with indexes. It was really thought out. of course the cottage was immaculate, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was so well put together, you could cook a five course meal in there. All the basics were there, not just in the kitchen but in bathrooms. Bed was super comfy, the views were amazing. I would 100% stay again.

We loved our stay! Beautiful caravan with stunning views! The caravan was like new so clean! The host has been fantastic with communication & was very kind & helpful letting us know if we could get in any earlier too. We would love to come back it was a lovely treat!

A beautifully kitted out caravan which was spotless throughout. Lots of local info, right on the beach. All information was sent in advance and any additional questions were answered quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back again next year!

We had the most amazing time! The home was wonderful and what a great little town. We loved all the drivable places to visit, and walking around town.

Last minute get away, the pod it’s self was absolutely beautiful, warm and well equipped. Easy check in, the private hot tub was a lovely. Shower wasn’t that powerful but it absolutely did the job! Check the safety information if you are allergic to horses. 🫣 it does state that there will be horses close (I clearly didn’t check this before booking, ooops) Although they were no problem at all!! They were far enough away from the pod apart from a blink in the morning so it was absolutely no issue for us really. Overall it is a beautiful place and we highly recommend staying here!! Had a lovely stay here with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I was already familiar with the area so knew that it would be a perfect base to go exploring locally - Lossiemouth beach and woods are a short walk away and then a little further afield there is Roseisle and Culbin. The caravan was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The board games were a nice touch for the evenings. Nice hot shower, comfortable beds and a good size lounge area - perfect!

My friends and I had a great weekend stay. Clean and comfortable. Very relaxed. Alan was easily contactable, a great host! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfy, laundry smelt amazing. Czarina friendly and communicates well stunning views, and the little village is lovely. We had good weather so we could walk along the front and sit

2nd visit to this accommodation. Great cottage and very short walk to beach and restaurants . Good size accommodation and really clean has everything you need . Nice garden for chilling . Love the utility area for coats , shoes etc . I use the swimming pool at the high school about 10 min walk . You can buy a weekly pass for swimming , fitness suite and classes . We love visiting Elgin , Hopeman and surrounding area but drawn to Lossiemouth beaches . Will visit again .

Amazing location with stunning views, great for walks on the beach and surrounding areas with the dog. Lots of villages and towns within driving distance for a day out. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple (and dog), warm, cosy and homely with everything you need to make for a perfect break. Cannot recommend enough and would certainly consider the hosts other locations for our next breaks.

What a beautiful flat in a perfect location and the views were out of this world. We will definitely be back
