Monthly Rentals in Sand Key, Clearwater

Stayed here for a month and very happy with my stay. Friendly and responsive host and the place was very clean. Pool was well maintained. Surroundings are peaceful, private and the beach was never crowded during my stay (September). Will be coming back again.

Great location .. plenty of beach dn recreational equipment provided .. apartment was well stocked and guests needs well thought through and catered for.. a brilliant stay, perfect location wonderful environment! won't be able to beat this accomodation for the perfect beach and Clearwater holiday!

This was my 2nd stay at Sofia’s place.. We enjoy the direct beach access and the peace and quite of not being directly downtown but still a close uber to downtown. There are a lot of walkable restaurants near the condo and a mini mart directly across the street. Joe the maintenance supervisor is great at fixing little things that arise. We love to fish off the beach and left a cast net and some poles as we plan to be back for another stay.. Sofía is responsive to any questions the only downside is you do have to go into Tampa to pick up the key faubs, but we rented a car so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The condo is still in great condition after the hurricane and you can’t beat the views from the front and back porches. The condo does need a new garbage disposal so the sink tends to back up but we just used the available plunger anytime it happened.. would definitely recommend a stay in this unit

Farheen’s place was great! Unbelievable views! Very clean! Lots of room and high end appliances! We’ve stayed at numerous places on Sandkey but Farheen’s place is our favorite! She has hosted us for the past two years. She is a fabulous host and I’m hesitant to say all of this because it will limit my access to this condo but she deserves it! Very very nice! Sandkey is a special part of Clearwater Beach and we love it! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit…you will not be disappointed! JackDoc
