Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Vittore

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all very clean and cozy. Monica was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She gave us great tips for excursions in the area and was always available when we needed something. The house is very cozy and the view from the garden and the balcony is fantastically beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an early morning flight out of the Milan airport. Silvia's place was the perfect location for the last night of our Italian vacation - a short and easy drive to the airport. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Silvia went out of her way to bake a delicious cake for our early breakfast. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our check in.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

We had a wonderful stay in Tremezzo. The appartement is very well located with a great view and a lovely garden. The beddings and towels are great quality, the kitchen is very well equipped , perfect for familles.

We had a great stay! At check-in, he was super flexible and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the style of the apartment! The location felt very safe, the neighbors were friendly, only the quiet hours of rest should definitely be adhered to. But that was no problem and we would love to come back! The connection to the metro was good, but you walk about 20 minutes to the station. All in all, a great stay and Andrea is a great host!

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

We found our stay very nice. The apartment is in a good area of Como, everything is within walking distance. We loved that there was a private parking space, otherwise it would be difficult to park. We were traveling with our 1 year old son. Anna has thought of everything and provided a baby cot, as well as a baby chair. I appreciate it. Thanks

Anna's place is perfect to spend a few days in the area. The views are fantastic and the area is beautiful and quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cover basic needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Yrina and her kind daughter, who told us everything we needed for our stay. Anna left us pasta and homemade tomato sauce that was delicious. Also homemade jam (incredibly good), butter, honey, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit... a nice welcome touch that is much appreciated if you arrive a little late and have nowhere to go to buy or dine. We are very happy with our stay in the apartment and if we return on vacation to the area we will definitely repeat in Anna's apartment. Thank you very much.

We were completely pleased with our stay. The host couple were very loving, accommodating and especially attentive in dealing with our child. The view is simply breathtaking – a real highlight! The journey was a bit complicated, as the roads are narrow and steep, but it is definitely worth the effort. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, very tasty and all homemade – the perfect start to the day. The apartment is small but very cozy and absolutely clean. The beautiful garden, which invites you to relax, is also particularly beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had an amazing week at Tiziana's place. Their B&B was beautifully enchanting, and Lierna is an incredibly charming little town. Tiziana and her family were very hospitable, and the breakfast each morning was outstanding. Lastly, we want to express our gratitude for how wonderfully they treated our 9-month-old baby. We will definitely be returning!

Coming back to Nadia’s house feels like visiting a favorite relative — if that relative had an insanely charming home overlooking Lake Como and made the world’s best homemade breakfast every morning. The room is old in the most beautiful way, full of character and little details that make you smile. Nadia herself is a gem — warm, attentive, and just so real. She thinks of everything before you even realize you need it. We’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly, it keeps getting harder to leave. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at — nothing else even comes close. If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it. Just leave a spot for us too!

We LOVED our stay here! Linda and Luigi were so welcoming and accommodating. We also loved the location, we were able to walk to many restaurants and enjoyed the slower pace of the village. It was easy to access via bus station. The homemade breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE… I already miss the warm croissants.

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Had a superb stay! We stayed 8 nights and we enjoyed the wonderfully cool room and the delicious breakfast. The kitchen was separate from the room, but exclusive for our use. For breakfast, everything was ready so you could decide what time you want to have breakfast. The room and Sara's help was super! Palanzo itself is a nice authentic village in the mountains. There are a few restaurants in the village where you can have a good dinner. Please note that it is a 15-minute drive from the village to the lake. Because the village is on a mountain, it is not convenient if you have difficulty walking, because you have to walk a long way up to the B&B. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic! Even nicer than in the pictures! Incredible view of the lake, a very nice private garden, a clean beautiful apartment with everything you need! Paola is very hospitable and tries to do everything. We were particularly pleased with the breakfast and the delicious cakes. We had a very nice, albeit short, time here. A clear recommendation! Despite bad weather we had a awesome time, Como is a beautiful place, and Carna is a helpful, service minded and friendly host. Always fast to fulfil any request and help in anyway possible. The location is stunning and the rooms, common areas and pool are very nice. The takeaway food from the local restaurant (provided by Carna) was very good! I would recommend anyone to visit!

We were hosted very well by Laura and enjoyed the quiet of the house. Laura was very available and gave us very good information. Laura also speaks French and English. I didn't pay attention when booking but you should know that you share the dining room and terrace with the Airbnb tenants in the other bedroom. It wasn't a problem for us but it could wake you up in the morning. We could hear the birds singing and had a view of the lake for breakfast, which is included in the offer. It is a very nice place on Lake Como, far from the more touristy areas. Thank you again Laura for hosting us :-)
