A charming host. Elena gave instructions to manage our arrivals. Our boys arrived before us. Elena's house is spacious for 2 adults and 2 young adults. We loved the exteriors (manicured and neat gardens) and many enjoyed the 2 terraces either for dinner or idleness. The geographical location of the house is perfect for visiting Northeast or Southeast Sardinia. Main roads allow for quick travel. In summary, we had a quiet and ultra relaxing green vacation. We leave Elena's house with nostalgia for the happy holiday moments spent in her house.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's house in San Teodoro! The house was very clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – San Teodoro and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easily accessible. We had a car and were able to explore the area. Laura was always available and very helpful, as were her parents, who welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

We had an amazing stay here, the location is just outside of the city, it is very nice and quiet with lovely views. Perfect spot to relax and unwind and still a close drive to everything. Mirella is also very friendly and a great host!

I absolutely recommend this house ! It’s a lovely place surrounded by nature and it’s very quiet and peaceful! Mario is so nice and very helpful ! He even offered us pizzas, fruits, and water.

Beautiful apartment with a great location, easy to walk into the centre of town. Really clean with great amenities and thoughtful touches like chargers next to the bed etc.

Anna and her husband welcomed us very warmly from the beginning and were available for questions during our stay. We can't (yet) speak Italian, but by email no problem. Very, very friendly and helpful, the two of them! The place has everything you need. Clean, good kitchen equipment and bathroom accessories. The beach chairs & umbrella for the beach were especially great. The location of the apartment is top, in a quiet side street. Bus stations and main street with shopping and shopping facilities but within 5 minutes, including the best breakfast cafe "Tiramisu", delicious pizza shops "Juma" and Roberto's "Pizzeria Voglia di Pizza". Amazing spot! Great access to the beaches, just a short walk! Great views & peaceful. Was also awesome having access to the washer as we are traveling for a month. Overall a great experience, would recommend staying here

We had a fantastic stay. This place is a little Paradies! The garden and view is amazing.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a lovely stay at Martino’s. We spoke mainly with their daughter that provided clear guidance and instructions prior and during our stay. The place is as described and the beach just as you walk out of the gate is amazing! The owners were friendly and were always ensuring we were having a good stay. Will definitely stay again!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

Had a great time! Everything was very clean. The view is beautiful. We were received and said goodbye in a very friendly manner. Only the garbage disposal is a bit problematic and you need a car. Overall, definitely highly recommend it. We would love to come back!

Riccardo is very kind and responsive, and provided many recommendations. The house is beautiful and the patio is proper luxury! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay + a stacked kitchen. A quick walk to the little neighborhood cove! We would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.

Marco and family were wonderful hosts with great tips and a nice place to stay. We didn't lack anything.

Gorgeous Villa Mica! We didn’t want to leave. It is the most charming seaside villa - complete with your own little private beach.

Villa is stunning. Beautiful pool and gardens. Lovely outside seating/dining areas on 3 sides of villa. Bedrooms are all a great size and with their own outside access. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderfully clean and extremely well equipped. Pool and beach towels provided along with a lovely welcome pack. Location is fabulous, 5 mins walk to beaches and 10 mins walk to town for shops, restaurants and boat trips. Supermarkets a 5 min drive away. The host Sara is amazing. She met us when we arrived - quite late at night- and explained everything about the house that we needed to know. She checked in via a messaging app to see if we were ok and whether we needed anything throughout our stay. I asked several questions over the week and she always responded quickly. A very friendly and accommodating host - worthy of the 5 star reviews. Thank you so much for a brilliant holiday 😎😍
