Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful, modern accommodation with a beautiful terrace. Partly a little noisy to the other apartments in the building. Check-in was easy and communication with Flor was perfect.

My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. Quiet 2-storey residence, set back from the street. Secure private parking. Well-appointed accommodation with a decor designed to make you feel good. We immediately fell in love with this place. The view from the home is unbelievably breathtaking. We got in very early and they allowed us to have early check in which was a tremendous relief and made our day so much more enjoyable having the extra time after getting settled. We were welcomed by the host who let us in and showed us around. We are so grateful for a wonderful and memorable experience in Cala Gonone!! ♥️

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Alessandro is a very good host and speaks German very well. He was always friendly and always available! The location of the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Just across the small street and you are on the beach. The apartment was handed over to us very clean. After the briefing in the apartment, he gave tips for exploring the island, as well as great restaurant recommendations. All important services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. Parking is possible on the street without any problems. Alessandro's parents live in the apartment above and are very welcoming. The neighborhood also often stopped for a conversation at the fence. We felt very welcome and can only recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful time and best regards to the parents and neighbors.

Graziella and Carlo are the best hosts, they fully supported us in an emergency with great dedication. Thank you again for that. The apartment is still pleasantly cool in the evening even in high heat, so you don't actually need the air conditioning. 100% recommended by us in all respects.

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
