New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: WIFI, Smart TV Led (includes free Netflix, without cable). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery, coffee maker, etc.). Sommier queen with excellent quality mattress, bedding and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, hot/cold air conditioning, airtight double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress to use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (laundry and dryer), porter, 24hs security and two lifts. The location of the building is perfect, it is especially suitable for tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic porteño neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The gastronomic offer in the vicinity of the apartment is very varied and highlights its great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the microcenter, banking area, Government House of Buenos Aires, Casa Rosada, Congress of the Nation and courts. In the same block you will find two parking lots, butcher shop, warehouse, kiosk, bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two grills in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry with washing machines and dryers (these work with coins or tokens). High-speed WIFI internet, Smart LED TV with Netflix (without cable), central heating and two air conditioners hot/cold. I am available for any urgency or question from my guests. Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

NEW building! steps from Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero and the historic center of the city. It has an X-Queen double bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a crib for baby in case you request it. The apartment fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has sector grills on the terrace, beautiful outdoor pool and laundry. Privileged neighborhood, with very close access to means of transport. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic pole of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique dealers, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service of several bus lines, 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station and Constitution subway, 4 blocks from Avda 9 de Julio and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk quietly to any of these points.

Lounge by the Rooftop Pool at this Modern Studio

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. A short walk to Downtown, La Boca, or Museo Histórico Nacional, this studio is central enough for any stay in Buenos Aires. Near Metro Bus & other bus stops. Aprox. 2 km from subway.

Beautiful apartment between Monserrat and San Telmo

The apartment is in a building of a certain antiquity with careful details, high ceilings and parquet floor. As some guests mentioned it was noisy, we put in soundproof windows! It is very bright and airy as it has windows to the street and inside the building. There are two elevators and the building has a permanent doorman. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets, naturist markets, bars and various shops.
