Privileged location neighborhood, with very close access to transportation. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic center of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. A short walk to Downtown, La Boca, or Museo Histórico Nacional, this studio is central enough for any stay in Buenos Aires. Near Metro Bus & other bus stops. Aprox. 2 km from subway.

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.
