Vacation rentals with a patio in San Sebastián Xolalpa

Beautiful space and lovely people. I couldn’t ask for more in a stay. Would definitely book again.

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Next time I'm in CDMX I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento superó las expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una estación de metro prácticamente enfrente; la limpieza y el orden con que lo encontramos eran impecables; todo en el apartamento funcionaba muy bien; Marcela siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto a hora de llegada y salida; las instrucciones para ubicar el lugar fueron claras y precisas; lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

Fueron muy accesibles para la llegada ya que íbamos a un concierto y nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar equipaje desde temprano. El lugar estaba limpio y para las 3 personas que éramos estaba bastante bien el espacio. Es fácil llegar y cerca del aeropuerto Benito Juárez

Solid place right in the heart of Roma Norte. Walkable to everything, great outdoor spaces, and the two bedrooms were nice. The place was very clean and the host communicated throughout. Check-in was easy as well as there is a 24 hour doorman. Would stay again!

Aunque solo estuvimos una noche todo estuvo excelente. Desde las instrucciones muy claras y completas, la apertura para permitirnos llegar antes, la atención y muy buena comunicación. La casa está increíble, muy linda, bien cuidada y llena de detalles para hacer agradable la estancia. Ojalá nos hubiéramos podido quedar más. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí. Cristy was an attentive host and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. She was a good resource for restaurant recommendations as she is a food blogger. My parents arrived a couple of days before us and she welcomed them generously and ensured their comfort prior to our arrival. This unit is located in a great area and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

Un hotel se queda corto a comparación de este departamento, estaba sumamente limpio al igual que muy bonito en general. No hay nada que pudiera recomendar ya que lo tiene todo, de verdad es muy lindo el departamento. Estoy 100% que voy a regresar!!

I genuinely loved staying at Art’s place. It is such a lovely home and the location could not be better. You could honestly spend an entire week just walking around Condesa and have a lovely time. The home is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee and pastries next door at Freims in the morning. It’s within walking distance to Chapultepec park and there are so many things to do. The security team is always there to let you in and they are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.

Está muy lindo, tal cual las fotos, en la esquina hay unos taquitos muy buenos, si vas a usar el metro tienes muy cerca la estación san Cosme y en general se conecta rápido con varias zonas de interés, sin duda regresaremos. David es un excelente anfitrión, responde rápido y es muy amable. Recomendado al 100%
