Vacation rentals with a patio in San Sebastián Xolalpa

Fantastic if you go to a concert in GNP or to the festivals of the Palacio de los Deportes or Autodromo. Excellent location, although it ends late, the area is busy and as many people are walking, you arrive without problem and without fear, and in less than 15 minutes walking you do not need transportation, you are at the concert, the place is safe and there is always someone to receive you at any time so no problem at the time of arrival. The accommodation has the essentials and there is even a laundry room, purified water with a hot and cold dispenser, everything is very cozy and comfortable. Keep in mind that there is a smoke detector that turns on the stove's extractor hood, although if there is a lot of smoke it will sound, but don't worry, it didn't just happen to us, it was heard in other rooms. I highly recommend the place, but they only give you the access codes when you arrive, but no problem, don't worry.

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Next time I'm in CDMX I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Our stay in the apartment exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable with a metro station practically in front; the cleanliness and order with which we found it were impeccable; everything in the apartment worked very well; Marcela was always attentive to our arrival and was very kind and flexible in terms of arrival and departure time; the instructions to locate the place were clear and accurate; I recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay again.

We had a smooth and easy process of getting installed. The place was very clean, spacious and nicely organized. All essentials were provided and much more. We felt like if we were at home. Great communication with the host. The host was hospitable and friendly. We recommend this place 100%.

Although we only stayed one night, everything was excellent. From the very clear and complete instructions, the flexibility to allow us to arrive earlier, the service and very good communication. Cristy was an attentive host and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. She was a good resource for restaurant recommendations as she is a food blogger. My parents arrived a couple of days before us and she welcomed them generously and ensured their comfort prior to our arrival. This unit is located in a great area and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

It is a functional and comfortable condo. Very quiet building and street during my stay. Good location with many nearby interesting spots. Very easy communication with a very responsive host.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. The outdoor terrace is lovely. The living room/kitchen can be a little small for 6 people but we haven't spent a lot of time there. Access to the apartment is facilitated by the caretaker.

All the photos match, everything was spotless and good communication with the hosts! Everything is very quiet, 100% recommended, in terms of the things of the depa everything very basic but if you are not going to be so long it is perfect.

Great place for the value. We really enjoyed the sweet little courtyard and quiet privacy from the hustle and bustle while still being close to lots of exciting spots. The bed was SO comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains as well. The house stays cool and was all very comfortable with beautiful furniture.

I genuinely loved staying at Art’s place. It is such a lovely home and the location could not be better. You could honestly spend an entire week just walking around Condesa and have a lovely time. The home is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee and pastries next door at Freims in the morning. It’s within walking distance to Chapultepec park and there are so many things to do. The security team is always there to let you in and they are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.
