This place is honestly one of the best rental locations that I have seen. Fantastic location and centrally located. Staff at the location are friendly and welcoming. The property feels very safe, at no point was I worried about my vehicle or property being damaged or stolen. The apartment is open, bright, and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus due to our extended travels. The A/C was crisp and functioned well. Beautiful view from the balcony. My partner and I enjoyed it so much that we discussed purchasing a unit but were disappointed to find none available at this current time. When we return to El Salvador we will certainly be looking to stay here. Only con (beyond control of owner)- the neighbor in the unit above likes to lift and drop weights at night but typically lasts less than an hour.

Honestly this was one of my favorite air bnbs I stayed at in Latin America. Everything was described perfectly and was just great. Just rent this place for the bed alone, it's so comfortable. I literally slept through my alarm multiple times because of it. Enrique and co-host were stellar! They let me arrive early, helped with any questions, and left me water/snacks when I arrived. The shower is great and worked so good, first hot water in weeks for me! I will definitely be back and I suggest you book this lovely home. Great view from the balcony too!
