Villa vacation rentals in San Sai Noi

Convenient location, about 7 minutes drive to the airport, suitable for catching early flights, about 15 minutes to the Ancient City without traffic. 711 is just across the street, there is a light meal café, Vietnamese restaurant, Thai restaurant and a Japanese restaurant along the road, the taste is good and quite unique. The house is very spacious, two floors with a large terrace, living room and bedroom both have TV, three bathrooms on two floors, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The host is super enthusiastic, sent the house address in advance, and recommended some supporting information about the surrounding area, among which the most interesting is the art village. I chose 3 cafes, and they were all good. Great for small family trips/small groups (4 people best)/transit. Much more spacious than hotels at the same price, preferred for early morning flights.

This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

The location is easy to find, the room is very clean, the decoration is very distinctive, my parents are very comfortable, from the ancient city, Nimman Road is quite convenient to take a taxi, about 15 minutes.There is a nice breakfast coffee shop nearby 10 minutes walk which is good.The only drawback could be because it's by the road so it gets a little bit noisy at night.

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

We had an exceptional stay in the Phi private villa. Napat and the women on site were amazing. We were 2 families with small children, we were very attentive, high quality breakfast, amazing villa very clean and spacious. Napat also offered us excursions with private driver. We wanted to stay longer so we felt so good. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos A big thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tanpuri. The place has a stylish yet natural feel, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, great for a slow afternoon. The location is super convenient—close to the Old City and lots of good food spots. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Junjie is a serious and responsible and thoughtful host! Choosing to stay in his house is a blessing!He met all our needs and imagination!The house is big and looks like Villa is hardware!Okay, the host, Junjie, has soft power and makes the house smell! We overturned the original itinerary and enjoyed every corner and equipment in the house, just like at home! the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

The most surprising part of this trip to Chiang Mai is this villa!The courtyard pool surrounded by greenery makes for instant relaxation and the feeling of watching the sunset by the pool is so beautiful!The bedrooms are all with private bathrooms, so it is super easy to check in for the whole family.10 min walk to Ninman road, great location.The host is also thoughtfully prepared to welcome fruits and tips for getting around, 100% recommended!

Very peaceful villa and exactly how it is described.

This villa was better than in photos. The big pool was very nice to relax after walking in Chiang Mai. Location is good, not too far from town and we can take Grab easily to all shopping areas and night markets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, they give good local advice and answer questions quickly. If you want nice place that is still close to everything, this villa is good choice.
