It features a highly efficient rocket mass heater, special insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors, DVH (double-glazed) windows, and a Trombe wall that captures solar energy. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a security alarm system, and exterior surveillance cameras. From the chalet, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, vineyards, and wineries.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located studio fully furnished with a covered garage. Our Modern Loft is located in the back of our courtyard with fully private access, sharing the 350 m2 courtyard (under construction and modernization) You will find Olivia in the house's courtyard, one of the most playful Beagles there is. We also coordinate tourist activities and advise free of charge to make your stay the best.

40m2 housing module, designed to be inhabited by tourists and built in 2023. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette, living room, and dining room. In addition to the nice garden, there is a gallery equipped with two seats and a table to enjoy the Mendoza sun... It is located 7 minutes by car from downtown. And on the same plot is my parents' house (about 60 meters away), they want to be available when needed!
