Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Quirico d'Orcia

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Debora welcomed us with her dad in this gem of an apartment where nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of in every detail! Very clean, nothing is missing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. Even the big TV in the living room is equipped with Firestick and in the evening we were able to watch a series on Netflix! Super recommended and, if we ever find ourselves in Val d'Orcia again, we will have no doubts about where to stay! ❤️ Thanks, Debora 🥰

Saverio provided great communication and was quick at responding. He was there to greet us and show us around. The balcony had amazing views and the place was super clean, with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Raffaella and Claudio are incredibly hospitable and immediately made us feel right at home. There place is spotlessly clean, beautiful, comfortable, and has a spectacular view off the balcony to watch the sunset at the end of the day. It’s out in the country, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Raffaella and Claudio gave us great recommendations and served beautiful breakfasts each. My mother, sister and I took the pasta making class and throughly enjoyed it - great pasta and experience! We loved our stay and would love to return!

Sonia is an amazing host. Very helpful and responsive, and a warm welcoming during the check in. The accommodation and the place are just perfect. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back, during the summer time to enjoy the views from the pool. :) Highly recommend Sonia's accommodations.

Such a wonderful place to truly experience the countryside of Italy! We loved staying here and had a wonderful two night stay! We even looked to try and extend our stay but it was already booked out. We loved the view overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. They provided a meat and cheese along with a bottle of wine and breakfast options! We would highly recommend experiencing this hayloft in Italy!

What can I say, we felt at home, in a stunning home. Federica's home is beautiful, tastefully furnished, quiet and very clean. We are in an excellent location for visiting Val D'Orcia and Umbria. The village of Sarteano is nice and Federica recommended excellent restaurants to dine at a stone's throw from the house, within walking distance. Federica was very helpful with all our requests for information and provided us with precise directions to access the house. I recommend this house and we'll be back.

We had a great time. The accommodation is very nice, with all the essentials including breakfast and very close to the center. Chiara was very kind and helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

We stayed at Anna’s place for over two weeks and everything was outstanding. The view from the kitchen is amazing and the location is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Note that there are a lot of hills and stairs to climb, which is typical of these hilltop towns in Tuscany. We would highly recommend Anna’s place.

Nice apartment in the middle of chestnut trees in a small village called Quaranta, a ten-minute drive from Piancastagnaio and not far from the Amiata peak, equipped and fresh. Upon our arrival we appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Lidia who made us find a nice welcome cake. Convenient paths that allowed us and our two dachshunds to have a pleasant vacation.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Filippo was very kind and considerate. Absolutely to be recommended.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is great for visiting the historic center of Arezzo on foot and the area is really very quiet. Being the historic center, you have to park outside because of the ZTL (active at certain times and days) but in 5/10 minutes on foot there are parking areas. Great starting point also for visiting the surroundings, Val di Chiana and Val Tiberina.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Beautiful building incorporated in a dream location surrounded by nature. Paolo is a beautiful person, always present, courteous and very responsive.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Absolutely stunning accomodation in traditional Tuscan style villa. Surrounded by beautiful Cyprus trees and a lovely natural pool to swim in. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here for a local Tuscan experience.

We were guests in Alessandra's B&B for 3 nights, she was very kind, friendly and helpful. Dedicated parking space, clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities, good and abundant breakfast, Alessandra was so kind as to let us have breakfast even after having gone over the scheduled time. Absolutely recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place. The place is located on a tiny hill with breathtaking views from the balcony. The sunsets were amazing. I had dinner with Matteo and his family everyday of my stay and the food was extraordinary. Matteo and his wife prepared dishes that were passed on from their grandmothers. The two dogs at the place were very friendly and happy to have guests. Matteo recommended a local weekly market which was great and also recommended amazing local vineyards to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Matteo’s place.
