Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Polo, Venice

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

I would have loved to stay longer . This place was perfectly located in Venice, quiet at night, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Would recommend to anyone coming here with a need for two rooms / five people (extra living room space to sleep).

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

Loved this place so much! Such a spacious and beautiful place close to many great cafes and restaurants and easy walking distance to transport. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir haben sehr schöne, interessante Tage in Venedig verbracht. Es war zwar zum Teil etwas kalt. Parterre-Wohnungen in Venedig sind wohl alle leicht feucht, was bei kalter Witterung besonders unangenehm ist. Wir waren dankbar, dass Andrea auf unseren Wunsch, etwas mehr zu heizen eingegangen ist. Die Wohnung ist im übrigen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis chez Massimo qui est un hôte parfait : gentil, réactif, proactif. Il a anticipé toutes nos demandes et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions, avec en plus des recommandations pour les visites et toutes les adresses utiles. L'appartement est conforme à la description, idéalement situé (au calme mais à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt et transports), avec de jolies vues sur un petit canal. Ce fut un séjour très agréable, et malgré la météo capricieuse, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Venise.

Marco war unser Ansprechpartner. Wir haben alle Informationen mit Bilder, Beschreibung, Regeln vorher bekommen. Er war einfach per Whatsup erreichbar. Das Haus/die Häuser sind schön, der Garten ist wunderbar, auch für unseren Hund war erholsam🙂. Venedig mit dem Bus sehr einfach erreichbar.

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

Persona molto gentile e disponibile, casa molto carina e con tutto l'indispensabile, inoltre zona molto tranquilla e isolata, anche per la nostra canina. Grazie a tutti voi per averla sopportata anche quando ha pianto per la nostra assenza. Posto molto comodo per dove dovevamo andare e vicino ad altri molto interessanti, che magari potremmo visitare in un futuro prossimo. Quindi, tirando le somme, ottimo soggiorno, da ripetere!

La casa di Novella si trova in una posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Venezia Santa Lucia. L’appartamento è stile vintage molto pulito e completo di ogni confort. Alle spalle dell’abitazione c’è un parco pubblico molto bello adatto ai bambini, aree picnic e per i più grandi è disponibile la “palestra all’aperto”.; si trova in zona centrale e in circa 30 minuti di cammino si arriva in Piazza San Marco. Unser Aufenthalt in Ginas Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr groß und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei großzügigen Schlafzimmer, die jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben – perfekt für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Die Lage ist ideal: gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig – wir waren in kurzer Zeit dort und konnten die Stadt stressfrei erkunden. Insgesamt eine Top-Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

The apartment is great, large, well located. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful, there is a park near the building, there are lots of ways to get to the main station and to the islands. Valerio was extremely helpful since the beginning, giving clear instructions, answering quickly, always gentle. We loved our stay!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Mira. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war wunderbar, es gab viele Tipps und einen persönlichen Check-In mit viel Input. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es war alles sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Ausgangslage für Ausflüge aller Art, aber auch Mira selbst ist einen Spaziergang wert. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hauptstraße, welche unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei führt. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Autos leicht, mit offenen Fenstern ist es sehr laut, da die Straße stark befahren ist.

Clean room, traditional italian decor, good beds, everything that was present was working. (shower, airco, kitchen, ...) Parking space on the domain. Very beautifull and big swimming pool with spa area. Gazabo in the garden. Communication with Gianluigi was possible but not fluent (mix of english and french). The family does everything make you feel at home and enjoy your holiday. We loved it.
