Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Andrea met us from the water transfer and took us to the accommodation which was great . He explained everything about the property and gave lots of useful recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The house is immaculate and very quiet in an area that’s easy to walk everywhere. This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

We spent 3 days in Venice with friends and we loved this accommodation in the center. The terrace was just perfect for drinking a Spritz at sunset! We recommend 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vioricas apartment! Looked exactly like the photos and was in a perfect location. We could walk absolutely anywhere in Venice. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again. Viorica was always responsive and helped with any questions we had both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

Our stay at Giuliana's Airbnb was fantastic! Giuliana was an exceptional host— incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our every need was met. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything a large family group could need, making it perfect for us. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from both Treviso and Venice. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice—this place is even better in person! We would definitely recommend it and hope to return!

What a wonderful apartment and location! Beautifully decorated, clean, wonderful outdoor terrace, steps from great restaurants and shops! We loved staying here! It was easy to get to the apartment via waterbus, as it is just around the corner from the bus stop! Super close to St Marks and the Academia bridge gave us lots of options to explore. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Fra's home is so beautiful, even better than in puctures, and located perfectly in a quiet corner, yet within short walking distance to so many things. The balcony overlooking the canal is unbeatable, we had the fortune of lovely weather and had breakfast there in the mornings. Fra and her mother Marina were very helpful and responsive, the directions to find the place were easy to follow, we were very happy with our stay (and now dreaming of one day having a home at least remotely like that :)).

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

despite having problem with electricity , the place was really nice for one night stay 😁 we really recommend it

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants, supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside the door and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came to the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are simply incredible and have sun all day. We liked to use it to relax to end the day or to take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location for a first trip to Venice. Monica arranged our private water taxi to meet us at the train station, as well as take us to the airport. As first time visitors, that assistance was so appreciated and valuable. Fernando was onsite to help us get settled and to see us off at the dock. Location wise - what a truly magical location. Out of the front door is the Gritti Palace (where we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the Grand Canal). We easily walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax mid day. There are several recommendations available for restaurants (we went to several and enjoyed all meals). There’s a lovely bar for coffee and croissants very close. Everything was just easy, magical, and helped to make our trip so special.

Great stay, the location is unbeatable! The private terrace was beautiful. Roberta was extremely helpful with directions, transportation, etc.
