Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Polo, Venice

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

This was a fantastic property in Venice very close to the Rialto Bridge. Thank you Alessandro for sharing your lovely property. We had a wonderful time with family and this home was the perfect place to make memories. Alessandro spent quite a bit of time with us during check-in to go over a map of Venice. He shared many non-tourist details and recommendations about the area. The breakfast spread was extensive - pastry, yogurt, juice, coffee, sweets, nuts, etc. The four bedrooms were a good size and each had a private, large bath. There was no living room but the kitchen with its dining table was a good place to hang out and we didn't miss a living room very much. I highly recommend this property with no reservations.

Very nice historic complex in the center of Noale with great architectural details! We had a really great stay! The place is very quiet despite its location. It was very well equipped and clean, we lacked nothing! From here you can quickly get to Padua, Treviso and also Venice. The train station is within walking distance.

I would have loved to stay longer . This place was perfectly located in Venice, quiet at night, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Would recommend to anyone coming here with a need for two rooms / five people (extra living room space to sleep).

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

We spent some very nice, interesting days in Venice. It was a little cold in parts. Ground floor apartments in Venice are probably all slightly damp, which is particularly unpleasant in cold weather. We were grateful that Andrea responded to our request to heat up a little more. The apartment is otherwise very tastefully decorated and is in a very good location. We highly recommend them.

We were extremely well hosted at Massimo's who is a perfect host: kind, responsive, proactive. He anticipated all our requests and always responded very quickly to our questions, with recommendations for visits and all the useful addresses. The apartment is as described, ideally located (quiet but close to all points of interest and transport), with nice views of a small canal. It was a very pleasant stay, and despite the capricious weather, we fell in love with Venice.

Marco was our contact person. We received all the information with pictures, description, rules beforehand. He was easily reachable via WhatsApp. The house/houses are beautiful, the garden is wonderful, it was also relaxing for our dog🙂. Venice is very easily accessible by bus.

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

Very nice and helpful person, very nice house with everything you need, also very quiet and isolated area, even for our dog. Thanks to all of you for putting up with her even when she cried about our absence. Very convenient place for where we had to go and close to others that are very interesting, which maybe we could visit in the near future. So, all in all, great stay, to be repeated!

Novella's house is in a strategic location, a 5-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia station. The apartment is very clean vintage style and complete with every comfort. Behind the house there is a very nice public park suitable for children, picnic areas and for older children there is an "outdoor gym".; it is located in the central area and in about 30 minutes on foot you arrive in St. Mark's Square. I definitely recommend it

Rita was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment was in the best location. We felt very comfortable. The whole complex was very well maintained. The pool and beach were our highlights. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would love to ( next year☺️) book the apartment again. Kind regards Réka with family

We had a great workout, it's a great place with lots of terrels and termites.

The apartment is great, large, well located. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful, there is a park near the building, there are lots of ways to get to the main station and to the islands. Valerio was extremely helpful since the beginning, giving clear instructions, answering quickly, always gentle. We loved our stay!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

We had a very nice stay in Mira. The communication with Andrea was wonderful, there were lots of tips and a personal check-in with lots of input. The apartment is very nice, everything was clean and everything available. The apartment has a fantastic starting point for excursions of all kinds, but Mira itself is also worth a walk. The only point of criticism is the main street, which leads directly past the apartment. With windows closed you can hear the cars easily, with open windows it is very noisy as the road is very busy.

Clean room, traditional italian decor, good beds, everything that was present was working. (shower, airco, kitchen, ...) Parking space on the domain. Very beautifull and big swimming pool with spa area. Gazabo in the garden. Communication with Gianluigi was possible but not fluent (mix of english and french). The family does everything make you feel at home and enjoy your holiday. We loved it.
