Alex and Marica’s place is absolutely stunning! They’re quick to respond and the place looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is the best thing about this listing. Just a 1 min walk to the main bus stand with buses to nearby towns and bolzano, and 5 mins to the supermarket. Cable car is also within walking distance. The town has some nice bars and cafés too. Note - It is indeed not suitable for people over 180cm.

Anna was very friendly and communicative. She explained everything to us well with clear, simple instructions. In the apartment, she left a lot of material ready for things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment is super nice, cozy and clean. No unnecessary stuff and everything is very harmonious and stylishly decorated. Surroundings are quiet, but still you can quickly get to a nearby village with shopping and restaurants. There was everything you need in the apartment. The internet was also great. Can't say anything negative and would 100% recommend this place.

The apartment is very cute and designed smartly, we come to Rododendro every winter for 15 years and this one is definitely the best we've met :-) Massimiliano is very proactive and always ready to help, you're not about to feel as a stranger with his support in the back ;-)

My experience in Pera was simply fantastic! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: cozy, clean and with attention to the smallest details. The location was perfect, immersed in tranquility but still convenient to reach all the main attractions of the area. Alessandro was extremely kind and helpful, making me feel at home. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic vacation. Can't wait to come back!
