My stay here was amazing! The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance: great restaurants and bars, the beach, and beautiful flower gardens. The apartment itself was fantastic and easy to access. It had a modern kitchen, which was great for cooking, and was stocked with plenty of supplies — basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent — quick and clear responses every time. The people in the building were very friendly, and it was super quiet at night, which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and if you're planning to stay in Estepona, I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I booked a beach holiday and I 100% got it! What a fantastic location, spacious apartment (for 2), and any questions are answered quickly by the host. The apartment is so complete, it even offers beach umbrellas. You can go to the beach and just quickly go ‘home’ for lunch, even though there are many affordable places around you can lunch at. The view on Eden Beach Club was entertaining. I was at the apartment just before high season, so their - pleasant - music wasn’t too loud. In high season I have been told it is louder, but they close at 9PM. I definitely recommend this super location. Just know that if you want a good supermarket (Mercadona), you can’t escape the stairs. But hey - don’t we all need a bit of workout throughout the day! 🤪

One of my favourite rentals of all time . Location couldn’t be better - in the heart of old Marbella , particularly ideal to see the Easter Processions. A real home away from home . Would definitely come back .

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het huis van Ali! De woning was prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien, met als absolute pluspunt het privézwembad met het mooie uitzicht. De buurt voelde heel veilig aan, wat een fijn en ontspannen gevoel gaf tijdens ons verblijf. Ali was super goed bereikbaar, reageerde snel op al onze vragen en dacht echt met ons mee. Wat we ook erg waardeerden was zijn flexibiliteit rondom de in- en uitchecktijden, waardoor we onze vlucht zonder stress konden plannen. Een echte aanrader – bedankt voor alles, Ali!

The apartment was very beautiful. You could find everything you needed there, and a little more. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet area. Wout and Fleur were very friendly and flexible with check-in as well. Definitely a vacation spot worth the price

Another fantastic stay! 🙂 The property is always spotlessly clean, has everything you need, boasts a beautiful outdoor space, and is in a perfect location. Javier & Ines are wonderful hosts, always thoughtful, with essentials ready for your arrival, easy to communicate with, and incredibly helpful. This time, due to the Heathrow closure, we couldn’t fly home as planned and had to stay an extra night. Javier and Ines were so kind and accommodating, making a stressful situation much easier for us. Their hospitality goes above and beyond, which is why we keep coming back. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed! The apartment was clean, located in a quiet area, and had everything we needed. A group of 7 girlfriends stayed at Ruben’s house to celebrate our special birthdays. The house was perfect. It was bright, clean and kitted out with everything we needed. The facilities were great, the pool was lovely to cool off in, in the sunshine, sunbeds were comfy and the various seating areas and bar were perfect for having an evening drink or sharing a meal. The decor was modern and well presented with lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is wonderful. Ten minutes walk to the beach, some bars and supermarket. There are also some lovely local places to eat nearby. It is slightly outside Benalmadena, which meant it was quieter and more sedate, just what we were looking for. If you wanted the livelier areas, they are still within walking distance from the house. Ruben was incredibly responsive to messages, really helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more from him. We had a fantastic few days here and would definitely return. Well worth it. Thank you Ruben.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het zonnige appartement, dichtbij alles. Het appartement was stijlvol ingericht en had alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf.
