James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

Perfect stay! Staying at Adrian's was a great experience. The place is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable, conveniently located and with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Adrian was a very attentive host, always willing to help and provide local recommendations. The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.
