Good place, location and price

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

House is in a good location. 25-35 minutes' walk away from the beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only the water pressure in the upper bathroom was not enough. Good location. Easy walk to town and beach.

Our 2nd stay in the accommodation offered by Grazia and Michelangelo went very well. We particularly appreciate the location of the house which is in a beautiful peaceful area and yet very close to bars and restaurants in the city center. in a very good location, a short walk from the seafront, Manuel's apartment offers everything you need for a beach vacation.... the two bathrooms and the amount of beds that allow you to stay in more people comfortably...

We were this 1x with our 2-year-old daughter in an apartment during vacation. The apartment was perfect, we felt very much at home. In the children's room it even had paint pens, books and a children's table and chairs to play/paint. The kitchen was also totally well equipped to cook something yourself 👍🏻 Almost like home, only on vacation ☀️ Giorgia was great and always available, great service if there are any questions.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

We stayed at the apartment for four nights with two children. We enjoyed it very much. Really lots of space - two bathrooms and great location. Quiet and yet in the middle of it. Gloria was very quick to help with any questions. Grazie mille!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family
