Vacation rentals with beach access in San Mauro Mare

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

We had a great time at Gabriel's. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. His bikes were very useful. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach but a bit far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minute walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) that bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We only stayed one night but we were able to appreciate the apartment in all the comforts and availability presented by the listing on the website. The property is definitely suitable for even longer stays in the summer. The courtesy and availability of the host were impeccable.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

Roberta has always been available, kind, and responsive in communications. He gave us extreme flexibility for check-in and out (it was a low season period of the year, but it is never taken for granted and we really appreciated it). Shortly before arrival, he provided us with instructions to leave our car in the courtyard of the house, very useful because everything in the area is paid. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything that is listed. Nothing was missing. The location is really strategic, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Final note, we had cancellations from fellow travelers at the last minute, and Roberta promptly removed the extra beds, which she had already prepared, to give us more space in the living room, and also accepted the refund offered through Airbnb! Flawless experience :)

Excellent location for those who want to relax completely, wide choice of bathing facilities and restaurants, excellent welcome from Chiara with a bottle of prosecco, and during the stay she indicated various facilities in the area, and was always available

We were in Rimini for 4 days for work, Roberta's hospitality and availability allowed me and my collaborators to spend 4 intense and demanding days in full comfort, and the private parking was very important for us as we had the van loaded with items for sale... Thank you Roberta, see you next year for sure.

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very beautiful bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

Karlo was very helpful, he waited for us at the point to show us around. Good recommendations and very helpful. It's in the center next to the pier and the beach, 10 meters from everything... Shops, restaurants, church, beach, supermarket, market... The apartment is very nice and well furnished.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Beautiful, small apartment in Igea Marina with magnificent views of the beach with umbrellas. Overall, the accommodation makes a very well-maintained impression. The view of the ocean and the beach is a real highlight. The only small downside: the pots in the kitchen could be renewed. Nevertheless: Overall a charming accommodation and highly recommended for the price!
