Thank you very much Nicola for this amazing time at your place! Apartment is incredibly clean with all supplies you would need in a house. There is fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony, super clean bathroom and most important during summer: air conditioning! Roller blinds will help everyone who likes to sleep longer. Close to the beach: 6 min approx. close to Town center (full of amusement during summertime) and super close to huge mall in Emilia Romagna. Definitely recommend to all who want to feel at home when on vacation! Nicola is a very thougthful and kind host, trustworthy and super nice! Once again, many thanks for this time!

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Great 5-night experience in Roberto's apartment. It had everything you could need. The location is great for reaching the sea or any service, both on foot and by bike, even with small children (as in our case). We had a great time and highly recommend it!
