Apartment vacation rentals in San Martino

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Everything is available to cook for yourself, but also two good restaurants within walking distance. Spacious parking. Great sun terrace under vines. Beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. Card game for evenings. TV, painting supplies for children. Practical and lovingly furnished. Dishwasher available. In-house wine and sparkling wine for sale.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

I highly recommend this discerning place to stay. Daniel is very helpful, flexible. We could have had our luggage first and since they didn't come right after us so we could stay longer. Thank you for everything, I will recommend it for my acquaintance.

We had a really great time. Gianna's kindness and availability made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

This location is a 10 minute walk to both the train station and the ferry terminal. The apartment has a lot of space with everything you need for a short to long term stay. Washing machine is a great benefit. Clear instructions for getting there were provided. We found Varenna to be a great spot to explore the area and close access to the train station made it easy to come and go.

Spacious accommodation, with parking (very useful in the area). The apartment is located on a busy street, but we were not disturbed by the noise, it is very well insulated. When we arrived, the baby bed was unfolded and made for our baby, and there was a high chair. Location: Immediate proximity to the greenway (1 min walk), and the bus stop to go to Menaggio (opposite the accommodation) Close by car to the Cannadebia pier (to go to Bellagio, very convenient). Mattia is a welcoming, warm and available host. Thank you for everything! I'll end with the highlight of the show, the view from the balcony: breathtaking and spectacular over the lake.

The place was really nice, there were some minor details but we sorted that out, the hosts were responsive so it wasn’t a problem!

A truly amazing place! The photos don't even do it justice, it is so gorgeous. The hosts were also amazing and offered my husband and I a ride to and from the ferry since we didn't rent a car, and they ensured that the Internet would be fast enough because I had to work for a little bit. The restaurant directly above the Airbnb is also amazing, some of the best food I've ever had. Really just such an amazing and special place with fantastic hosts.

We enjoyed our stay here! Short walk at the end of our ski day back to the place, right by the bus station, and lots of great restaurants and stores near by!

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

Dorit's place is absolutely beautiful. She is responsive and proactively reached out before check in and one day after. The water pressure was great. Kitchen had all the main amenities and some snacks/coffee waiting for us. Its very walkable, you can get to the furnicular (cable car) to Citta Alta in 5 min with a lot of restaurants around. Within 10 min walking distance of the train station as well. Lovely place and perfect for our first time in Bergamo!

Beach 5  minutes away. Great place to explore the surrounding cities.

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Great stay in Foppolo in a beautiful apartment! We were two families with three small children and a dog, we had a great time at Laura's place, who was always available and attentive to our needs and requests. The apartment is spacious, cozy, comfortable, clean and very well-stocked. Near the ski slopes (4 minutes by car despite the snowfall) and easy to reach with the directions provided by Laura. Definitely a place to consider for future stays;) recommended!

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. From us there are 5/5 stars!!!

A beautifully situated place with the view that is much better than in the pictures. The place is in a very calm yet easily accessible area with many good restaurants and lovely villages being around. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable and cozy. The hosts are responsive and helpful. A special experience for a couple or a family (as the kids’ room is really something that kids would enjoy ☺️). A great catch and good value for money in a very nice area!!!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Thank you ❤️

We loved staying at Silvia and Dante’s place upon recommendation from a friend. They were easy to communicate with and provided us a document with recommendations and helpful tips before arrival. When I asked for additional recs, Silvia responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and loved Como town.

Urs's apartment is very tasteful and furnished with style. It is absolutely clean and it lacks nothing for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For the car, there is a parking space in a spacious garage. We also liked the central location with the proximity to shops and the lake. We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay at Casa Lisa in Lake Como! The home is full of charm and character—especially the beautiful rock wall and historic features that made it feel truly special. Our family had so much fun with the football table, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the lake and conveniently close to a grocery store. Casa Lisa was a cozy and memorable base for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Gianluca’s place. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Despite a bit of a language barrier, they were very helpful with anything we needed! When it rained they offered us and umbrella and got us in touch with a taxi driver to catch our train on the way out of town. The rooftop view is beautiful and we really enjoyed this area. Not too bad of a walk to downtown area (15 - 20 minutes) and the scenery is beautiful so we didn’t mind at all. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in como!
