In some of the late fall mornings, the mist surrounds the entire valley and you feel like you are in the clouds! Such a spectacol! On Christmas Eve, Santa comes to every house with children, on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him. Wonderful initiative for the kids of all ages, between 0-100 years old!

It is also located in a position sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, and pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

Stay in this modern apartment, located a few minutes from the historic center in a quiet residential area. A few minutes from the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital (bus stop 1 min.), 15 min. from the historic center and 13 from the metro. The apartment offers private parking, a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a children's bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Includes wifi, hairdryer, bed linen, bathroom kit and washing machine.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

GALLERY APARTMENT Bevignate is an original apartment of 55 sqm2, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
