I’ve fallen deep in love with Bologna thanks to Luca’s place. This is one of the best airbnb’s I have ever stayed in and I wanna live here lol. Perfect location, you feel right at home and so safe. If you’re reading this, DO NOT hesitate to book. I wish I had more time to go to all the restaurants Luca recommends, so when you book make sure you start making reservations. Bologna kept showing us how beautiful it is by the hour and it was such a treat to come back to Luca’s place. So clean and so tastefully designed. Luca was so easy to talk to for any questions. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

A dream location and an exceptional host! Beautiful apartment, perfect location in Riccione. Access to the accommodation was easy, parking space included, a real plus after a trip. But the real asset of this apartment is undoubtedly its location: being almost facing the sea is an invaluable luxury! Despite an incident beyond our host's control – work on the adjacent street resulted in a morning water outage. The responsiveness and involvement of the owner were simply remarkable. Beyond this unforeseen event, the apartment was charming, clean and perfectly located. We highly recommend this listing for an idyllic stay in Riccione. The location is exceptional and the owner's welcome is just perfect.

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. You won't regret choosing this host and the studio 😊

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm and unique apartment. Great light, tons of space, and especially loved the smell outdoor space. Lots of quirky cool touches in terms of art, paint, and layout. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

Our stay in Florence was wonderful and much of it was coming back to the beautiful space to stay. Giacomo is the most welcoming, helpful, and accommodating host I have ever met on Airbnb or anywhere else, he’s just wonderful. I recommend staying at this apartment in Florence, don’t think twice , just book it, you’ll be happy you did!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. I loved the little roof terrace. Fiorella was an amazing host and her communication was excellent. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Piazza Majore - the main square in Bologna. I would definitely stay here again. It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
