Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Marco, Venice

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Valentina was a wonderful host from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive and helped with all of our requests for activities, restaurants, transportation, etc. The apartment was just as advertised, plenty of space for me and my partner, very clean. It was the perfect location because it was quiet/private at night but only a few minutes walk to many restaurants & attractions. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to everyone!

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! We couldn't have been happier with Patricia and Marc's property and with the assistance we received from booking the listing, to advice prior to our trip, to being able to drop our luggage off early. Communication was always extremely responsive and helpful. We were greeted at the water shuttle and taken to the apartment. Everything was explained and helpful recommendations were made for places to visit, and for local restaurants. We were so happy with our choice. Thank you to Rudi and Florance for all of their assistance, and to Patricia and Marc for a lovely apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Luca’s place — a serene, beautifully kept apartment that felt like a quiet breath of Venice itself. Tucked away from the crowds yet just minutes from the heart of the city, it offered the perfect balance of calm and access. The space was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and full of natural light — a rare find in the historic maze of Venice. Luca was gracious, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. There was something quietly magical about returning to this apartment after a day of exploring — as if we were living not just in Venice, but with it. Highly recommended for travelers who seek a sense of place, warmth, and a bit of understated charm. Grazie, Luca — we’ll be back.

Veronica was so helpful with travel instructions and suggestions on how to get to the accommodation, she was super friendly and made us feel very safe and secure while also answering all our questions very quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and cute, and located very centre in Venice which made walking super easy, we enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in the apartment especially as two young first time travellers. I would definitely recommend.

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

Pamela’s apartment is by far the best we ever rented in Europe and US. The place is beautiful, modern, spacious and most importantly: spotless. The apartment is equipped with everything including a washer and dryer which are hard to find in Europe, especially the dryer. We read all the reviews before we booked it, and we were still surprised to find such a place in Venice! The location is excellent, close to the rail station, parking garage and vaporetto station so there is no need to drag your luggage through Venice. The area is very safe and there are many restaurants. Pamela and her son Giovanni are perfect hosts, Giovanni even waited for us at the rail station when we arrived. The only regret is that we only had 2 days in Venice, but we will be back!

Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay for a Venice trip. We loved this peaceful neighborhood and the quirky, cozy attic apartment - an authentic Venetian experience. Angela the caretaker welcomed us warmly and Barbara sent very helpful instructions. We wish we were staying longer!

This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful stay! The location can’t be beat, felt out of the main area but a short walk to everything. Having AC, luggage storage, coffee and water in the fridge was perfect. Also having water taxi contact to take us where we needed to go was a huge help.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever booked. The place is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but what stood out to me was how they thought about every single detail. For example, I love to cook, and in the places we stay, most of the time, it is not the best experience. Someone just went and bought utensils without much thought. Here, you have anything you would need to cook a nice meal. This level of care was not only evident in the kitchen but also throughout the entire apartment and in the entire guest experience, from check-in to checkout. Valentina is also incredibly responsive and kind. Thank you for a great experience!

This apartment exceeded our expectations and it is even more beautifully decorated than the photos suggest. The careful attention to detail was truly superlative, extending to things like a shoehorn and hand sanitizer by the doorway, a pitcher of cold water waiting in the fridge, etc. It is very convenient to the train station, just steps away from the Ponte degli Scalzi (so only one major flight of stairs to navigate with luggage once out of the station) but yet extremely private (and very quiet with windows shut). Francesca was friendly and helpful; she greeted us in person and was very accommodating with our schedule. We'll definitely try to stay here again next trip to Venice - thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Lorenzo’s apartment. We appreciated the bunk bed room for kids, great air conditioning, and lovely balcony from the master bedroom. Neighborhood was fantastic too—convenient to everything but not in the thick of the tourist bustle. We would definitely return!

Stefania place is in quiet location just few minutes away from the best Venice attractions, perfectly renovated, we loved our stay there. Stefania was welcoming and always available providing great recommendations. Would choose again for next stay in Venice.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. It’s comfortable, has beautiful views of a canal and is just steps away from incredible dining experiences. Cristiano was very welcoming and made sure we had an amazing stay. He can furnish you with great recommendations for authentic, local hot spots. I cannot recommend this stay enough. 10/10 highly recommended!
