Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Marco, Venice

We were treated like royalty by Marinella and Stefano! Very attentive to their guests, especially accommodating and excellent advice, they are the best! We are delighted to have stayed in their beautiful apartment, well-equipped and full of very nice little touches! Don't hesitate for a second to book, you won't be disappointed!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Paola is a most generous host, both with what she provides in the house and also with her time, sitting down with us to help us plan our trip into Venice, which is easily reached (20 mins on the train). Excellent location for both Venice and Treviso as well as others. Some nice local cycle routes as well. Paola made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and the home had everything, and more, that we needed for a short but wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Anna's place. We arrived late the first day and she waited for us and was very hospitable, thank you so much. Anna is responsive, discreet and warm. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the accommodation by a door and the bathroom is private. Breakfast in the morning is a real plus that we enjoyed a lot. The accommodation is very well located, a 10-minute walk to the vaporetto, a 3-minute walk to the beach. This was a great stay. We will come back without hesitation. Thank you very much!

Nice apartment, great location, clean and with all utilities. I really enjoyed the style of the apartment (big enough for my family of 4 including 2 teenagers), the opening to the water that allowed me to enjoy coffee every morning with a unique landscape. We had a second coffee (while the teenagers rested a little more) at Majer (Rue Garibaldi, 5-min walk), which Nicholas recommended. So we could bring great things to the kids for breakfast. We could then start our journeys in Venice. Nicholas was very responsive to every question (and I had a lot of them😃). He gave us some great tips. I also really enjoyed Nicholas' music, which rocked all the moments spent in the apartment. Everything is nearby (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions). Finally, we had a great time in a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Nicholas!

Exceptional experience! The house is perfectly cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with all amenities, including breakfast and basic necessities. In addition to enjoying tranquility and absolute peace, the location of the house allows you to easily reach Venice and Padua by car. Sara was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.

The host was amazing! She met us at the check-in point and provided helpful tips, including exactly where to purchase bus tickets. The place was very clean and family-friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would also definitely come back.

We came as a family of 4 with 2 kids and it was the perfect place! Easy to get to, right around the corner from everything and a very quiet building. Had everything we needed. Francesca was really helpful leading up to the trip with all of my questions, gave us great recommendations and was super flexible. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay and private!

We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica’s place in Venice. The location is terrific - closest to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and a quick walk to St. Mark’s Square. The apartment has plenty of space, and we loved the balconies. Veronica was great to work with, and very responsive. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Venice!

This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

We had a great time staying here. It is conveniently located just a few steps from piazza San Marco, yet not at all noisy and having an AC in summer was a big plus. Anna was very responsive and she gave clear instructions on check in and directions.

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

I have just spent 3 nights at Elide’s place and I cannot speak highly enough of it . It was exactly as described , in fact even better . Elide was a delightful host , very welcoming and warm , full of relevant information and provider of great breakfasts . As a lone female traveller , I felt very safe both in the house and on the Lido itself. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but at the same time have very easy access to it . I was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return .

Antonio was really helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me navigate the area and even helped me contact lost and found when I lost my phone. He provides a really nice light breakfast and even allowed me to do a load of laundry after an 11 day cruise. I highly recommend Antonio's place for convenience, location and a very helpful host!

The property is modern, stylish and immaculate on a quite street in a quiet river-side town with frequent and reliable public transport. The room and neighbouring private bathroom were smart and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was freshly made and plentiful with a wide variety of options. Anna Paola was very helpful and clear with any information that we needed and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at a local fish restaurant that she recommended. We would happily stay there again.

The room is very lovely, nicely decorated, and the bed is comfortable. You can tell there’s attention to detail. The private bathroom, which is located just outside the room, is modern, with great natural light and high-quality shampoo and soap provided.However, it’s important to note that the bathroom and room entrance share a hallway with the owners of the house. This can impact your sense of privacy a bit, especially since you can hear normal family noises starting in the morning.The location is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, but it’s about a 28-minute walk from St. Mark’s Basilica and the main square — so it’s not in the heart of the historic center. Also, keep in mind that you have to go up a narrow flight of stairs to reach the room, and the space is quite small overall. It’s great for one person, but if you’re two people with large 50-pound suitcases, it might feel cramped with little room to store your belongings. When booking, be aware that the price changes per guest.

Alessandro was an amazing host! He gave us local tips, maps and books to really learn the history of Venice. His recommended spots to visit (and where to eat gelato) was what made our whole trip! Thank you for everything!
