Stylish and charming apartment (160mq 1720sqft) with beautiful terrace, 5 minutes from San Marco Square. Amazing views on Santa Maria del Giglio church. Entirely renovated and furnished with antiques. It's located on the 4th floor of a XIV century small palace, with direct access to a canal. You can arrive by water taxi directly at our building. As typical in Venice, It does not have a lift, but we take care of your luggage both at check in and check out, you don't need to carry anything !

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
