This house in Lido was perfect to cap off our family trip in Italy. We were 9 in the group and there was ample space for all of us. The location was a short water bus ride to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. And, at the end of our activity filled days, it was great to come back to Lido where it was quiet and homey. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He was attentive to our needs and questions. He even had a welcome basket for us! We highly recommend Giovanni’s place!

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung die der Beschreibung entspricht. Verschiedene, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Fleischer, Restaurants und Friseur direkt um die Ecke. Strand zu Fuß kurzerhand erreichbar (Öffentlich und Strandvermietung), kurzer Weg zur Fähre, ca. 15 Minuten nach Venedig (Markusplatz). Nette, ruhige Umgebung, nette Nachbarn und Anwohner; für jüngere gibt es gute Angebote am Abend in der Umgebung, wo man etwas trinken gehen kann. Im Garten kann man es sich gut gemütlich machen, gegen Mücken empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der Rauchspiralen und Anti-Mücken-Spray. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr angenehmer Check-in und die Wohnung ist gut vorbereitet, sodass man direkt in den Urlaub starten kann.

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Het staat in een zeer rustig straatje, heeft een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur en het omheinde tuintje is zeer veilig voor een hond of kinderen. Het huis zelf is comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Iedere ruimte heeft z’n eigen airco wat een zegen was tijdens ons bloedhete verblijf. Om de hoek van de straat stopt om de 12 minuten een tram die je direct naar Piazzale Roma brengt: ideaal! In de directe omgeving zijn eetgelegenheden maar ook supermarkten te vinden. Maar uniek aan dit verblijf is de verhuurder. Gastheer Claudio is een ware super-host! Hij spreekt zowel Engels als Italiaans, is ontzettend vriendelijk, toegankelijk en behulpzaam en staat direct voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Vraag hem bij aankomst zeker om tips want als kunst- en cultuurliefhebber weet hij je alle highlights van Venetië te vertellen. Claudio vindt het zeer belangrijk dat het z’n gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

Ca‘ delle Contesse ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der private Saunabereich ein Highlight. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de la maison, la nature, le chant du coq 😊 très reposant. Nerella est adorable et conseille les voyageurs, le logement est à 10 mn de la gare où vous pouvez prendre le train pour Venise en 11 mn et pour 1.50 € !!! Nerella est aux petits soins 👍 Grazie mille !!🌹

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Villa Gavriel was perfect! Andrea is one of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met — always available, super friendly, and even helped us with things beyond the house, especially with language barriers. Now… the house itself? WOW. It is perfect for big families: spacious, full of character, and even better than the pictures. Every space is cozy, beautifully designed, and super functional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, there are lots of bathrooms, two incredible kitchens fully equipped for big family meals, and beautiful gardens with parking space. It truly feels like the perfect Italian experience! You can feel that everything was prepared with care. The location is also great — peaceful surroundings and just a short drive from Padua, Verona, Venice, and more. We had an unforgettable time and are so grateful for everything. Thank you, Andrea, for everything — we’ll always remember this trip with a huge smile!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Es war alles sehr Super, die Empfehlungen, die uns Jody gegeben hat, haben wir in anspruch genommen. Die Lage war super, bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und sauber. Jody hat sich um alles gekümmert, erreichbar war er auch noch, innerhalb von Sekunden, hat er und Vincenzo uns geholfen. Sehr fürsorglich, ich hoffe das wir uns wiedersehen werden. Danke ! Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Fantastisk sted! Huset er endnu pænere end på billederne. Poolen er virkelig lækker og haven er meget privat og skøn! Huset var meget rent og der er alt man har brug for. Claudia har ydet ekstra ordiner god service.

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!
