Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Semplicemente perfetta! La casa vacanze ha superato ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e dotazioni complete. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per garantire comfort e relax, e si vede che c’è grande attenzione all’ospitalità. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Ottimo anche il supporto dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile, con preziosi consigli sulla zona. Ottima soluzione, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Antonio y su esposa nos hicieron sentir como en casa, son unos anfitriones espectaculares!, nos dieron toda la información para llegar a Venecia, donde comer, a donde ir y todas las sugerencias que un visitante puede necesitar. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades!, mis hijas quedaron enamoradas de las mascotas, (gatitos, tortugas, conejos) Sin duda alguna recomiendo el lugar y nos vamos super contentos de haberlos conocido y agradecidos que nos recibieran en su hogar. Es un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para una familia con niños.

Michela and her husband were great hosts! The home was well stocked, clean and they had prosecco waiting for us. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is the first one where I felt they had really gone above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. Great view with lots of activity on the water. The home is right near a market which was great for produce! However just know they seem to bring deliveries in the middle of the night. Three out of the four nights, There was a lot of slamming of pallets and cart noises around 3/4am. The first night we were there we had issues with the key. It is very difficult to turn to the point of unlocking. Her husband came all the way back to rescue us and show us how to get in. For the lock: 1. It self locks as soon as you close the door. 2. you have to force the key to turn past where it catches while pulling the door towards you.

Paola’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (including 2 kids and grandparents). The location was perfect and right near everything but was also on a quiet side street. We took a water taxi right to the dock outside the apartment which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked really well! Paola gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We stayed for 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay Paola!

Mara was great, helped us get situated and offered tons of great advice, from how to catch the bus to how to get to the the airport upon our departure, she even called a friend taxi driver, since our taxi was canceled due to strike. the place is beautiful and comfortable, the surrounding are green and with a small town feel. Host was very helpful and great communicating. highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu erkunden. Bestens ausgestattet, super sauber, ruhig in der Fußgängerzone von Mestre gelegen und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Francesco und sein Vater Massimo sind nette Gastgeber und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Stefano's place was beautiful, clean, and very bright. Great location, very close to Rialto bridge and station. Stefano provide great instructions to get to the Rialto Station from the airport via water bus. Stefano's friend, Vera met us and showed us the place. Although in a crowded area, there was no noise once all the windows were closed. Great stay and will stay here again if we ever return. Thank you, Stefano!

We had a wonderful stay at Stefania's apartment! It was a very cozy, clean and updated space and looked just like the pictures. We were met at the Vaporetto stop and personally escorted to the apartment. The bottle of champagne was a much appreciated welcome gift! The washing machine was a plus and the air conditioner worked great! The apartment is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood away from the noise and crowds and only a fifteen minute walk to St. Mark's square. There is a grocery store only 5 to 7 minutes away. Stefania was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations for places to eat around the area. We highly recommend this spot for an amazing stay in Venice!

WOW! This place was great! It was located close to BOTH Rialto bridge and St. Marc’s Basilica!! Roberta did an amazing job communicating with us regarding our stay. She also provided some great food and local grocery store recommendations. The grocery store was only 2min away walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
