It was such a joy staying at Laura’s place. The house was not only spotless and beautifully styled, but it truly felt like a home away from home. San Marco is an absolute gem—safe, charming, and home to one of the best sunset spots in Jacksonville. I would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to a friend!

My wife and I did a month long stay here and it was wonderful. Kayla and her husband manage the property very well, it’s nicely decorated, has everything you need, and they are very responsive hosts. If you’re looking to enjoy the San Marco area, the location couldn’t be more perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and visit the river daily. 10/10! Would rent from them again.

Cozy small place, very quiet area and many restaurants around, would stay again

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!
