This place is just perfect. Excellent location, very peaceful neighborhood, walking or biking distance to so many things! The space is even more beautiful than the photos, newly remodeled and has everything you need. The blackout curtains in the bedroom keep the place dark and it was very quiet to sleep which is important as there’s very often construction noise in Lima. The bed was comfortable, there is an ac and heating unit available, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A very cute outdoor patio and even an open air laundry room. Monica was so communicative with our arrival and departure, offered to arrange airport transportation for us and greeted us to show us all the amenities and answer any questions. This place is well worth the money, very clean and secure. We rented bikes at the inks market nearby and were able to keep them inside the gate when we weren’t using them. You will not regret booking with Monica!

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, just as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

The place was amazing. Very clean and organized. Great restaurants around it. Just around the corner, you can find the best ceviche restaurants in Lima. Close to shopping malls and entertainment. All within walking distance. The place is in a gated community with 24/7 security personnel. if you plan to use apps like Uber, you need to be aware that they won’t come to pick you up in front of the property, which is NOT the hosts’ fault. It is because the ride apps do not know that it is a gated community. We had 80% of the rides canceled two minutes before they arrived. Probably because they didn’t know how to get in. Again, this is NOT a complaint because we couldn’t be more satisfied with the host and the property. It is just something to be aware. You can easily just set up the ride to pick you up outside of the gate, and you just have to walk 50 m from the property. Problem solved. Finally, if there were a price for Airbnb friendliest host, Ruben soul most definitely win it. Easy

This is the second time we have rented the house and again we are very satisfied. We love the layout, location, and overall atmosphere of the place. Communication with Alberto was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to add a few more kitchen utensils, but everything else was perfect. Ive stayed in countless Airbnb’s in Lima. This was my second stay at Christian’s apartment. And it is by far my favorite. Chill, peaceful part of the city. Several stores and small restaurants close by to get all you need within a 2-3 minute walk. Spacious apartment with everything you need, including a great office area for remote working. Christian is also a great guy and very helpful and caring. Our experiences here have been our best with Airbnb.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just behind a great shopping mall with lots of stores, and surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants. I chose this place because it was very close to the Lima Convention Center, where I was attending a conference, but I still had time to enjoy everything nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. I would definitely stay here again!
