Beach house vacation rentals in San Leone

Il posto è tranquillissimo, con il mare sotto casa e una grande veranda con una bella vista. La villa è grande e bene attrezzata di ogni confort. Angelo e sua moglie sono stati molto disponibili per ogni evenienza anche se siamo rimasti solo 2 giorni e non c'è stato bisogno di niente. Il centro città è a pochi minuti di macchina e quando si è a casa ci si gode il calmo e la pace.

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Ottima esperienza. Casa bella, pulita, curata e fornita di tutto. Posizione magnifica a 200 metri reali dalla bellissima spiaggia di Poliscia raggiungibile per una strada tranquilla ma ripida. Bello il panorama dal giardino che domina la costa. È necessario avere l’auto per raggiungere il paese ed i negozi. Estelle è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo spostato l’orario di arrivo per un imprevisto ed è stata pronta a trovare soluzione. Spero di tornare.

Bardzo ładne miejsce, w idealnej lokalizacji. brak problemow z parkowaniem. Z okien mieliśmy widok na morze. Świetne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo polecam!

Wonderful quiet location, overlooking the beach. Great outdoor terrace with sea views and lovely sunsets. Private and peaceful location. Great beach walks just on the doorstep. 15 minutes drive to the valley of the temples and Agrigento. I would be happy to come back here.

Wir waren 2 Pärchen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in der hellen, sauberen und Strandnahen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Crocetta, her husband and her gorgeous apartment were fabulous. Walkable to the amazing Turkish Stairs and only a 20 minute drive to The Valley of the Temples. We felt at home in their lovely, clean apartment and they were so friendly making us a delicious breakfast and recommending a great local restaurant for dinner. Highly recommend you stay at the apartment.

We spent here a lovely month. Everything was perfect, Andrea was very helpful, the apartment is just less than minute walk to the beach, awesome wiev with the sea and palm trees 😍😍 nice balcony where the sun is shining almost the whole day. At the place, you can use wash machine ( with an additional fee) which was great as we didn’t know about it before coming. We stayed there in December so it was very calm. Really recommend this place! I wish we could come back here next year.

Le logement proposé est conforme aux photographies. La maison est très agréable, neuve et fonctionnelle. Parking privé sur la parcelle. Notre séjour se déroulant en hiver, nous n'avons pas profité de toutes les commodités prévues par la maison. La piscine et l'espace environnant semblent cependant très agréables. Le logement est très propre et bien décoré. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le père de la propriétaire. Il a été à l'écoute et très amical. Nous avons pu suivre ses recommandations de visites et de restaurant. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Giuseppe et Giusy, nous resterons en contact car une belle amitié est née, ce sont des gens entiers, toujours disponibles, ils ont été souples sur l'horaire de départ car le taxi ne venait nous récupérer qu'à midi.. nous sommes restés coincés à Catania à cause de l'Etna qui a annulé tous les vols, nous n'étions déjà plus chez eux, ils auraient pu se désintéresser de nous mais tout au contraire, j'ai régulièrement reçu des messages de leurs part pour savoir comment je ferais le retour, l'avion etc. tout au long de notre séjour ils nous ont fait part des fêtes alentours, de comment aller ici ou là, étaient présents tout en nous laissant notre intimité, bref, des gens entiers, de belles personnes. Je ne pensais pas retrouver la chaleur d'une famille en étant logée par des gens que je ne connaissais pas, et en fait ils nous ont accueillis comme tels, comme des parents, ils ont incarné à merveille l'esprit de la Sicile comme je m'en souvenais..

We loved this lovely Villa in absolutely stunning surroundings, the views were jut great and the area so peaceful. The Villa was perfect for what we wanted with 9 of us staying there. Massimo was great, always really quick to respond on when making recommendations for restaurants prior to us going. We wanted a cook to come in one evening to make a meal for us which he arranged and this was fantastic. Could not recommend this Villa more highly. Thank you.

Sciacca é una cittá magnifica, tutta da scoprire tra il monte e il mare, ricca di storia e tradizioni, calda e accogliente....e a casa di Giusy ci si sente avvolti da una magnifica atmosfera. La posizione é appartata, tranquilla, il canto degli uccelli la mattina , la brezza fresca, la vista sugli ulivi e sul mare.... La possibiltá di un fresco bagno nella piccola piscina sul patio ..... ma anche la vicinanza di bellissime spiagge! La casa é molto bella, comunica la passione, la cura e il gusto dei padroni di casa. Giusy e Andrea sono degli ospiti squisiti. I loro consigli, la loro premurosa disponibilitá, il loro calore umano ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Assaggiare le primizie dell'orto o i dolcetti speciali , ma anche ascoltare le storie, le tradizioni, conoscere ricette, notizie sui luoghi e condividere qualche breve momento della giornata é stato molto bello! Ringrazio Giusy per averci fatto conoscere la bellezza della storia e della lavorazione del corallo di Sciacca!

Super nice welcome by Alberto and his parents! The apartment and pool were both super clean. We slept very well as it was very peaceful and quite and there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors. We could easily wash our clothes which was very kind and helpful. Very recommendable accommodation! Thank you for the lovely stay, Alberto.

This beautiful villa is even more charming than the photos. It is in a remote area, which is what we wanted after staying in city centers. Parking was wonderful! Very responsive. Highly recommend!

Consigliatissimo! Alessio molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto luminoso, nuovo, accogliente e super pulito. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione, a soli 400 mt a piedi dal mare e con auto facilmente raggiungibili spiagge, templi, punta bianca.

Very nice apartment in a villa with a sea view. Amazing location – just a 3-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute walk to the Stairs of the Turks, and 10 minutes by car from the Temples of Concordia. We had no issues parking near the house, as it’s not in a big city and there are no ZTL zones or paid parking areas. The terrace was the highlight for us – in nice weather, it’s the perfect place to wind down or just relax for a while. The owner is a very kind man. He also offered us a delicious breakfast, which was an amazing experience on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. All the amenities are there, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Overall, a 5-star experience.

We had a lovely stay, the terrace was beautiful with a view over the sea, very close to a quiet sandy beach. The property was clean and as described with air conditioning that worked very well, and the hosts were so kind and responsive!

zeker een aanrader, in april waren de lokale restaurantjes niet open. die gaan pas in de zomer open. maar het is een toplocatie voor met kinderen te doen en een super vriendelijke gastvrouw

Host eccellente. Rosario e sua sorella Enza hanno curato nei minimi particolari ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno. Eravamo due coppie con due bambini e l’alloggio di Rosario è stato semplicemente perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Tre stanze da letto ognuna con bagno privato. Per non parlare del ristorante “Sapore di mare” gestito dallo stesso Rosario. Cucina al top, cordialità e ottimi prezzi. Ci hanno riempito di consigli (sia gastronomici che non) sulla zona. Se dovessimo tornare a Porto Empedocle, Rosario sarà il nostro riferimento!

Absolutely fantastic place ! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The location and services are perfect and wonderfully relaxing, which was just what we needed. Great for all age groups and directly in front of a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants and bars. We had no problem finding parking directly nearby. The cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, modern and all in perfect working order. We highly recommend here and will definitely be back! Thankyou for the perfect holiday and sunsets

Très bel appartement, tout était impeccable et propre. Nous avons très bien dormis, les matelas et coussins sont de qualité. Notre hôte a été accueillant et réactif, de plus il nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. L’appartement est très bien situé en plus d’être à côté de la mer.
