very easy to find and get in. a 711 right next door is definitely a big plus. the host gave very detailed helpful informations.

My family and I loved the place. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Had a power outage when we arrived, kind of common in Chiang mai, but the host was incredibly responsive and she handled the issue well although she was out of town. Location wise, right opposite are 7/11 and mini Lotus, 5-10 mins to the nearest Big C and Makro. Close to the airport but far enough as we couldn't hear the planes Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

An amazing place, we all couldn't stop admiring it when we entered the yard and the interior. The design of the house is full of natural elements, beautiful scenery everywhere, the interior space is well designed and spacious, very suitable for multiple people to stay, and there is a furry puppy and two cute kittens as company, it is a place that makes people feel very relaxed and healing. Special thanks to the housekeeper Sorapa for providing us with meticulous help. Her lovely personality and enthusiasm definitely added a lot to this stay experience, I still miss her smile and hug 🩷 In short, it is a highly recommended place that will definitely not let you down. It will definitely add magic to your trip to Chiang Mai.

Мы провели 12 незабываемых дней на ферме у Naam и Nork и это были одни из самых тёплых, душевных и вдохновляющих дней за всё наше путешествие. Ферма находится в живописнейшем месте рядом с Чиангмаем, будто в сказке: горы, рассветы, зелень, цветы, тишина и гармония природы. Наш домик был очень уютным, чистым и комфортным, с невероятным видом, от которого невозможно было оторваться. Но самое главное - это сами хозяева. Naam и Nork - волшебные люди. Их тепло, доброта и забота пронизывают всё, что они делают. Они готовили с нами еду, водили нас на местный рынок, делились историями, культурой, традициями. Они даже отвезли нас в Чианграй, чтобы мы увидели знаменитый Белый храм - просто потому, что у них доброе сердце и желание делиться прекрасным. Они заботились о нас до малейших деталей: если укусили комары дали натуральный бальзам. Мы очень рекомендуем вам посетить эту ферму. Вы сами всё почувствуете, как только окажетесь там и пообщаетесь с этими прекрасными сердечными людьми.

This has to be one of our favourite stays ever! The villa is fantastic for a couple - clean, private, with a beautiful pool and great surroundings. Special shout out to Ploysi and her mother. Ploysi went out of her way to help us even though she was not in the country, and her mother kept sending us fruits and coconut water to make us feel right at home! The caretaker, Wee, is also sweet and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. :)

Ein wunderschönes luftiges Haus mit Pool sowie großen Garten. Wir durften hier einen Monat wohnen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Peter und Jao waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr privat und ruhig. Zwischen 21 und 24 Uhr ist Live Musik zu hören, je nach Windrichtung mal mehr mal weniger. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und viele schöne Plätze wie Hang Dong Markt oder Kad Farrang sind in 10 oder 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus hat keine Waschmaschine, d.h. Waschen und Essen/Einkaufen gehen kann man gut kombinieren. Wir haben, bis auf einige Stunden am Tag im "Arbeitszimmer", keine AC benötigt, da es in Chiang Mai angenehm warm ist und das Haus über Deckenventilatoren verfügt und mit offenen Fenstern schön klimatisiert. Es war wirklich toll für uns 🙂

可能是特别的缘分，让我们入住了Moon和Hank的田园小屋，这简直就是本次旅行的最大亮点。自驾租车开过去的，非常好找，有明显的标识。进去后，就是如陶渊明诗中的小屋，我想桃花源记中的场景也不过如此了。干净的厨房和卫生间，舒适的卧室以及床具。 Moon每天早上准备超级丰盛的亚洲早餐，时不时还会过来带我们看院子里养的香料，种的果子以及池塘里的超级大螺。Moon和家人还带我们参加了一场对面寺院的布施功德活动，是一场特别的体验。对于离开，非常不舍，希望下次还有机会住回这里，体验最闲适安逸的清迈生活。祝福Moon和Hank平安快乐，相信我们还会再见。 附： 【周边】算是杭东的热闹区域，隔壁就是108公路，有big C杭东市场，奥莱等购物餐饮场所。不远的地方还有活虾市场，可以买到新鲜的罗氏虾以及拆好的螃蟹，非常新鲜， 肉质鲜甜（参考：制作好的一盒虾+一盒蟹总计490泰铢）。网红餐厅黑森林距离此处6公里 【娱乐】距离夜间动物园，皇家公园很近，旁边好像还有个大象营。去到素贴山、清迈大学那边大概14公里，开车半小时 【交通】建议自驾，周边车很少，好开，而且院子里方便停车，泰国大多数地方也都停车免费，购物中心和超市停车场很便捷。如果不自驾，可以尝试叫grab
